Mike bought me Death Note: Another Note for an early birthday present. Might I add, it's the best anime novel I have ever read in my life. Yeppers. I read it in one night. It was so good, I didn't want to put it down. I won't give any spoilers away, but BB doesn't eat jam all the time, nor does he spread it all over himself like it was blood. Most people have told me he does this, but the book clearly states he doesn't. It is only 176 pages, including the afterword by the writer. The novel takes place before the anime, but is from Mello's point of view, since alas, he is the narrator. So the story is a prequel from the anime and manga, but the fact that Mello is narrating it after L has died, it is a prequel as well as a sequel. Once again, Tsugumi Ohba makes an amazing original story. I definitely reccommend picking it up if you haven't already. Death Note fans, this is a MUST HAVE! I'm totally obsessed with Death Note, and I couldn't believe how amazing the book was.
