YAY! HeroesCon '08 is NEXT WEEKEND ^_^!! (June 20th-22nd)
So last fall I posted a journal about the possibility of going to Heroes Convention in North Carolina in June of 2008. Well, I am definitely going, and I can't WAIT whee exclaim Our original Kingdom Hearts group cosplay idea fell through, so I won't be going to HC as Pence. My "cosplay" for the con isn't going to actually be a cosplay, but I think it's going to be pretty cool xd ... I'm going to wear my "Lucky Star" Sailor-fuku t-shirt with a sign taped to my back that says "WILL STRIP FOR POCKY!!" 3nodding ! I got the idea for the sign from user Sango-wa-Taijiya, and I already have the sign designed out! I'm also going to include my little "Lucky Star" Gashapon in my "cosplay" by wearing them hanging from the shorts I'll be wearing 4laugh ! Yay for random and stupid cosplays XD!! I'll update my gallery on deviantART with some photos of my cosplay and other photos from the con when I return. I'll also update my "Chibi Plushies!" thread with photos of the many plushies and other chibi items I'll probably buy at the con xd ... ((Despite the fact that there will be MANY sellers at the con selling bootlegged anime merch., I should still be able to find some pretty awesome authentic stuff.))
I'll be posting a new journal entry next week on dA right before I go to the con, and I'll post journals here and on dA about my con experience this year when I get back, so look out for them mrgreen !
