for the people who were moved down: sorry if u were moved down, its either cuz how much we talk or because i wanted to add people i talk to a lot up...
im really SORRY!!!!!!!! i understand if u move me down on ur friendlist too...

for the people who were moved up: hey, congrats! u talk to me a lot and im glad about it blaugh hope we can continue talking a lot!!! smile i hope we get to become great friends if we're not already xP

for the people who aren't even on my top: sorry if ur not on my top, i just chose the people who have been great friends for a while or have been awesome just in a few days. well..... yeah.....

for all the people on my top 12: yay!! ur on my top 12! oh yeah! razz sorry if u were moved down and congrats if u were moved up. biggrin u guys are awesome!!! whee
