My Screwed Up Little Mind
Because I'm better than you are!.......Not
Say Stop
It was a week before the last Winter night. And out of fear I didn't want to read the book about the White Fang. And even Dirce was nervous about Caliban. This land, these people....and even his own family had so many secrets and shadows surrounding them. And over the days Caliban was getting stranger. Today his eyes had not a single droplet of life in them. And finally Shinto asked the question I was waiting for at breakfast. "Master! The whole time we've been here you've been acting strange....so...why? Master please tell me what's-" Caliban actually swung at Shinto and caused him to fling to the kitchen wall. Asami gasped and Merlow pulled out her sword. "What the is wrong with you? Caliban you just punched him to the ******** wall! You could've killed him for God's sake! Don't you care?" she barked while me and Dirce pulled Shinto out from the wall. "Master please you can tell me....I won't judge or anything I just want to make sure Master is okay." he said....almost whimpering. "It's none of your ******** business! Just leave me alone!" he hissed. He stamped out of the house and left Shinto practically in tears. "I did something wrong! I-It's all my fault and now Master hates me....It's all my fault..." he said, ears down. I gently held the cat demon and rocked him in my arms. "Shhh...You didn't do a single thing wrong...Caliban must be losing his mind but I assure you...it's not your fault..." I whispered. The poor thing was in tears before he eventually fell asleep. But none of us could stand it any more....Caliban had no right to ever treat Shinto that way. We needed to find out what the hell was going on. So we walked into his room and started digging. Finally Asami pulled out something strange. A notebook. It was small but had all these pieces of paper shoved inside of them. She opened it and began reading aloud.

"The first of Winter, recently I have become curious about my father. Everyone seems to say that he's disappeared but I believe otherwise. Even my mother had grown tired of waiting for him and his secrets right up until the very day she died. So...Before I leave my home, I need to find it out. Why my father disappeared and every amount of info I could find. As I began searching I started my search on my grandfather. And I have come to find out that there truly is a part of me that is human. He was never intended to be King for this reason. I didn't want to believe it at first but maybe this is why Father was so mad..."

"Oh my God...he's been searching for his father?" Asami asked. "No...there's something that's been aching at his heart. Obviously....he wants justice. I think that he actually wants to find this man." Ordell explained. We walked outside to find Caliban, white-silver hair billowing in the icy air. And then another man wearing a black cloak was right infront of him, at least twice his size. "Who are you?" Cali asked in a venomous tone. "That is none of your concern...puppy. Why don't you just go back to your little celebration and your companions eh?" Caliban had his fangs and claws bared, he was pissed. "Y-You....You b*****d....you're that man...and how dare you show your ugly face here!" he growled. Caliban rushed at the figure who only reacted by using his left arm. Caliban may not have been huge but he could easily lift ten houses, so for this guy to stop him with his arm? Unbelievable. "Tch....you have nothing. You couldn't go up against me in 12 lifetimes. What honestly makes you think otherwise now?" he asked. Caliban gave the most fiercest look Id ever seen. He wanted to kill this man. "Heh...you really have an anger problem, maybe your friends should step in before you get your a** beaten." That's when we knew, we really did have to step in before Cali did something he'd surely regret. Ordell and Yael pulled him away while the man laughed, uncovering his once hidden face. Black-white hair.....this man he was his father? The one we'd been wondering about for so long.... Once we got Caliban away he took one look at me with his red eyes and smirked. "Keep that child away....less he end up killed. But then again..eh....I'll be seeing him soon, I know it." It had taken until the very night itself came before Caliban's heart soothed. Tonight was the last and most important of stories. So once the moon showed her face Caliban pulled out a small white orb. "What's that?" Asami asked. With dark, cold eyes he replied,"You'll find out soon enough." So we all sat in our official looking chairs and awaited the tale to be told. I looked around and instantly recognized our position. The shrine that I'd met with Master at. The place with the big dog statue. A woman came up dressed in strange clothes and gave a bow. "My brothers and sisters....today I bring to you a story that has touched every last one of our lives. Now....this all started when Earth first found out about us at least two whole millennia ago. There was a single beautiful girl who came to our world and traveled none stop once she came. She knew the strangest kinds of magic and even became a princess. She was kind to the people and the demons of this knew world. She even raised one of the demon's as her own child and student. The princess would sit in her castle and stare endlessly off into the sky. And one day when the boy found her, she'd been crying. "Master, what's wrong?" the child asked. "Because....the moon and stars here look just like the ones at home." she replied to him. The boy had sat down beside her and stared curiously,"Master....what do you mean?" he asked. The princess smiled and reached out her hand to the sky,"I am not from this world.....I come from a place different from this one...and in my world demons and magic are nothing but a fantasy. But...This place should never be linked to my old world....What do you think?" she had asked. The little boy looked at his teacher and then at the sky,"Two worlds separated by almost nothing...but the moment they would meet eachother....I think they'd surely destroy one another. But is it really possible to stop it Master?" "What do you mean? Nothing is impossible..." With those words the beautiful princess walked outside into the snow and glanced at her student,"Thank you Rota....I finally found it...my gift to the worlds and their people. This must be done...they must never meet eachother....or else a war of massive proportions would erupt...Can you imagine it? No more pretty white snow....we wouldn't even be able to see the sun, moon, stars, snow, and rain.....it would all just be nothing but blood." When the servants had arrived the princess was gone and they found the boy staring off to the mountains. The second time she had saved the world. On this day...we gave thanks to Lady Mooncica and the many treasures she left behind. But the most important? This!" the woman said. Caliban came up holding the orb, Mooncica made that? "The orb of souls.....unlike humans...the souls of demons are restless and if left unchecked will cause nothing but evil and trouble. But Mooncica created this orb to seal the souls of angered demons. And once they are placed within this shrine, they become eased, calm and at peace. But for each Winter, our King places the orb within the statue and for an entire week the souls are cleansed, so....let's get this started eh?" I glanced at Dirce to see her tremble and then she stood up and began screaming. "Stop it! Stop it! Caliban don't do it! Stooooooop!" she cried. The whole audience looked at her oddly then I could hear it. Whispers....The demon souls?! Oh my God.... As the security was dragging Dirce away now I was standing up. "Caliban! You can't do it! Look behind you!" Each demon stood up and right behind him was a huge towering white animal. The beast roared down at the demons and began speaking. "What's wrong? Hm? Not expecting me?" Caliban stood there, all alone staring at his towering father. The beast placed his huge and powerful legs down, crushing the shrine and roared down at his son, making his hair, ear, and tail blow back. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Oh...my....God..." said the story teller. Shinto looked at the woman with a nervous face,"Please...tell us...who is that man?" "You have to be kidding me...that is White Fang! The old Western King Mohaia." she said. In his dog form Mohaia was at least as tall and large as the Empire State building. Caliban however barely reached the size of a room in a house. There was no way he was going to win but still he stood, unmoved by anything and obviously determined to kill. "Master! Get out of the way!" Shinto called out. But his cries had truly fallen on nothing but deaf ears. Caliban was honestly thinking that he could take this guy? He was either stupid or just being ballsy but either way, someone had to move him out of the way. Luckily that erson was Zeke. "Let me go!" Cali barked. "Kid...you wouldn't stand a chance! He's 10x your size! Just play it safe alright? We need to get these people into safe places anyways." At that moment as Mohaia continued to destroy all around him, I couldn't believe it. Caliban's golden orbs flickered a color of orange and he was giving this angered look at all of us. "Let me go now! I could care less about those fools....Just let me go!" His anger caused the very land around Zeke to shift, forcing him to let go. The Demon Prince had raced to the rubbled remains that was left of the shrine and held up a piece of paper. "Tell me the truth! What is this? Who am I?" he yelled.
