TWILIGHT IS THE REASON THE NEW GENERATION ARE ILLITERATE
------------ I think it's a heinously written, terribly characterized, plotless, irredeemably bad, misogynistic pile of s**t and that all of its fans, with no exceptions, are stupid and have bad taste.^ stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Twitards. I put it in nice, big letters to make sure you could see it. I probably should have used smaller words, though, or just have used the same goddamn adjectives over and over again just like Stephanie Meyer so you'd feel more at home.
-------- I can't say I hated it TOO much- only because I couldn't choke down anything past the first page.
-------------- ---------------- It's beautifully written, Stephanie Meyer is very vivid with her writing style. Her prose is disgustingly urple and she uses the same adjectives ad nauseum. I was given a vivid mental image of myself roundhouse kicking her in the face. If you'd like to check out some authors who really know their stuff, pick up some Margaret Atwood, Jeffrey Euginides, and Richard Russo.
queerduck GOD, what complete and utter s**t. The entire second books was totally pointless. She didn't do anything for eight months, but when we finally get text, she's got: "a gaping hole in her chest". I SAW THAT EXACT SAME PHRASE THREE TIMES IN ONE LITTLE PARAGRAPH. Stephanie Meyer, I hate you. Take a lesson from Anne Rice or something.
----------- I don't mind the story line. But it seems like it was written by a 12 year old little girl. imo.
--------- ✖It's a fanfiction that got lucky.
-------------- It's okay. It's not that great. Totally overrated.
There are SOOO many other books out there for teens that are better than it tho that get no publicity whatsoever. That makes me sad.
-------------- Unoriginal, retarded piece of s**t that series is. All those ******** books need to be burned.]
