Oh yeah, and I got to be a total goof at Day Camp today. Jocey and I were in charge of the campfire since that was the activity for today. I'm really bad at keeping it lit. I had to rebuild it when Jocey had to leave me. I'm very good at putting it out though! xd

A part of the campfire activity was songs. Jocey and I had to lead them in a bunch and my favorites are the ones you have to move around to: the Pirate song, the Penguin song, and the Singing in the Rain song.

The best part of the Pirate song is the chorus:

--When I went to sea! I jumped aboard a pirate ship and the captain said to me, "We're going this way, that way, forward, backward, over the ocean sea. A pack of gum to fill my tum and that's the life for me! Argh!"

First you jump in place, then jump to the left, to the right, forward, and then backward. And then you pretend to hold a pack of gum, slap your stomach, slap your knee, and then make a hook-looking thing with your finger. It's awesome.

The Penguin song is sooooo cute. We get to do a salute and then say, "Right flipper! *hold up right arm* Left flipper! *hold up left arm* Right flippyfoot! *right leg* Left flippyfoot! *left leg* Tail feathers! *stick butt out* Tongue out! *stick tongue out* Turn around! *turn around and wave all penguin parts at once*" And then you sit down. It's really, really cute.

Kiri got a kick out of watching me do singing in the rain. I get all into it and sway back and forth. "IIIII'm siiiinging in the rain! *sway to left and clap hands twice* Just siiiiiinging in the rain! *sway to right and clap hands twice* What a glooooorious feeeeeeling, I'm hap-hap-happy now! *sway to left and right*" Then you stick your thumbs out, elbows in, feet together, butt out, tongue out, turn around and say "Arootchacha, arootchacha, arootchachacha!" It's so funny. xd Especially when you're drunk. I was like, "HOLY CRAP I SOUND LIKE I'M DRUNK!"


And in good news, James is probably gonna get promoted to manager/assistant manager/whatever 2ic means ( ninja ) soon! I'm very happy for him. whee heart And I'm gonna get moved up to server soon!
