The Zee Twins: The Beginning story 1
Eh, I'm still editing it. I think I can make it better, but most of this story was written when I was 14 or 15, so be nice if you make a comment. lol Okay. *'s mean Actions, just to clear that up.

Area Deep in the forest, near Zee Castle
Kurama and Tifa Age 999
The Beginning
The sound of metal hitting against metal is heard in the distance. Small flashes of lights form in the dimly lit room as the swords continue to create sparks after sparks. A few seconds later, the sound of something hitting flesh could be heard. A few moments after that, a body collapsing onto the ground is heard. Sinister laughter soon filled the room. The sound of footsteps heading for the front door, and then moments later the front door opens slowly. Moonlight shines in, brightening the room a little. A young, green haired man is kneeled over a corpse, trembling slightly. A darkly clothed man walks over behind him.
Man We must make sure he is dead.
Young Man He is dead. I felt his life end... and it was by my own hands. This feeling… is terrible.
Man It's okay child. All you've done is killed the man that was raising you. *he smirks, and places his hand on the boy's shoulder*
Young Man *breathing heavily slightly* I... know.... That’s why it's so hard to accept that he is dead.
Man Is this your first time killing an innocent man? *turning the young man towards him*
Young Man *nods*
Man *laughs* You'll get used to it because a lot more shall be going. Now go pick up your sword. *turns to walk out the door*
Young Man I... I can't. *looks over at the blood covered sword lying on the ground*
Man *turns around* What do you mean? You were holding it a few minutes ago.
Young Man Yeah, well a few minutes ago, I didn't kill an innocent man.
Man I see. So only the pure of heart can wield that sword… *sighs* Damn it! Fine then, I shall give you a much better sword in its place. *holds his hand up in the air, and his hand starts to glow*
The room grows brighter, and their faces could be seen easily. The man holding his hand out had long blonde hair, and his face looked like it could attract many different kinds of women. The man on his knees had medium length green hair, but it looked like there were strands of silver in there. The blonde man closes his fist, and pulls down. A silver sword is pulled out slowly. It looks different from any other sword that the young man had ever seen.
Blonde Man *grips the sword, swings it downwards, smirking slightly* I see you like it. *hands the sword down to him* It's called the Crescent Blade. Its capabilities change per user. I'm giving this to you, since you are my pupil now.
Green Man *takes it, examines it* Alright then. *watches it turn from silver to blue, blinks* What the hell?!
Blonde Man *grins* As I said. It will change per user. *walks towards the door* Come now, Ramirez. We have work that must be done.
Ramirez *looks up at him, sheaths the sword at his side, and stands up* Yes, Lord Aurion. *follows him out the door*
A few days have passed since the death of the King's first hand congressman, and they have still not found the murderer who broke into his house, killed him, nor have they found Ramirez, his son. The King has been worried that he could be the next man on the hit man’s list, and has raised the guard duty to its maximum ability. Both of his children, Kurama and Tifa disliked this decision a lot, but they didn't really have any say for it.
Kurama Damn it all! Why must he turn up the guard duty?!
Tifa *sighs* So that nobody will kill him. Are you that dumb Kurama?
Kurama *glares at her* Shut up…
Gi *smirks* I think he is. After all, he is questioning the orders of the king.
Kurama *glares at him* You do realize, I’m allowed to kill you… *reaches for the sword at his side*
Tifa *glares at kurama* You will do no such thing to my fiancé, or I'll have to beat the s**t out of you!
Kurama *sighs heavily, lowers his hand slowly* Fine... but you won't always be there to protect him. And once that happens, he's mine. *clenches his fist near his face*
Gi Let’s just see you try it. *runs his fingers through his hair, mocking kurama*
Kurama *grits his teeth* I've found a birthday present I'd like today. His death! *turns around, stomps down the hallway*
Tifa *giggles* He's all talk, but he's actually quite fond of you.
Gi Yeah, right. *puts his arm around tifa* So, what do you want for your birthday?
Tifa *giggles*
Kurama walks down the halls, trying to calm down. He bursts through the throne doors, where the king was sitting. The king gazes down towards Kurama, and blinks a few times.
Kurama YOU! Why must you be a coward?! We aren't even permitted to leave the castle! What the hell are you thinking in that thick head of yours?!
King *stands up, walks down towards kurama* I'm thinking of your protection. You're reaching the age of 1000 years, and we don't want you to die.
Kurama Or have any fun! *crossing his arms* What’s with all the whores that come to my room at night?! Are you expecting them to be a replacement?!
King *narrows his eyes* We've forbidden you to be with her!! *crosses his arms* She is just a guardian! She can't be your lover as well! Those women are other princesses from various regions. What was wrong with them? They were all beautiful!
Kurama *glares at him, uncrossing his arms, clenching his fists* Not to me they aren’t! If I find another one tonight, I'll kill her. Understand?!
King *looks at his helper, nods his head, and the man runs off, towards kurama's room* Fine. But you are still forbidden to see Trista.
Kurama *turns around, walks out of the room* *thinks We'll just see about that. *end*
King *sighs, rubbing his hand against his forehead* I’m getting too old to be a father… *turns around and sits down again*
The day continues to pass by slowly. Gi and Tifa continued to wander around the castle, looking for Kurama. Kurama was leaning against a stone wall that stood over 12 ft. He watches the guards walk past, making sure he didn't try to jump it. He continued to wait, until he heard a small tap on the other side. A smile starts to form on his lips, and the guards turn to watch him. Kurama smirks at them, and then vanished in an instant.
Guards What the?!?! He's gone!! *looks around* How...?
A young woman has her ear against the wall on the other side. Her shoulder length hair is flowing gently in the wind as she tries to listen to what is going on the other side. She suddenly feels a pair of arms wrap around her from behind, and pull her into a tight hug. She smiles slightly, and tilts her head a little to look at the person behind her.
Trista Hello Kurama. *giggles softly*
Kurama *smirks a little* You're getting sloppy. A long time ago, you would've noticed me as soon as I jumped the fence.
Trista *pouts* Is that so? What makes you think that I didn't?
Kurama Because your heart is still beating quickly from being surprised. So as I said, you’re getting slow. *smiles at her*
Trista *pouts* Meanie… *cups her hand behind his head, moving her fingers through his hair lightly*
Kurama *smirks* Maybe I’ve gotten better than you. No more being a guardian for you.
Trista *raises an eyebrow* Don’t count me for quits just yet. I still have some techniques that you haven’t seen before.
Kurama *eyes light up slightly* Oh really? Maybe you can show me those techniques in a little bit?
Trista *giggles, sighs lightly* Just shut up and kiss me. *pulls his head towards hers, kisses him softly on the lips*
Trista slowly turned her body around, and wrapped her arms around Kurama's waist. Kurama slowly slides his hands down her back, and rests his hands on her hips. Trista leans a little against the wall, pulling Kurama towards her more. Kurama acknowledges her meaning and presses his body against hers. He lifts one of his hands up slowly, and places it on her cheek as he kisses her deeper. Kurama then stopped, and moves head to the side a little, sensing something.
Kurama *grumbles slightly* Damn it all! They're getting better at this. *looks over at trista*
Trista *sighs* It's okay. I've got to go back to the temple. *slightly upset look*
Kurama *gently cups her chin in his hand* Don't be so upset. I'm turning 1000 years old today. *smiles* I get to make a demand, which will have to be passed since of the rank that I'm in. The same goes for my sister.
Trista *lifts her head up slightly* Really? What will the command be? *giving a curious look*
Kurama To let anyone from any level of society be able to love and marry whom ever they desire. No more of this only being able to marry a princess if you're a prince and vice versa.
Trista *blushes* But... I'm not even… the same race as you.
Kurama That’s what Tifa is taking care of. Do you think Gi is a Zeenian? *shakes his head slightly, hears the sound of people climbing the wall, narrowing his eyes* They’re relentless… *looks to trista* Okay. Trista, hide behind that tree.
Kurama watches Trista hide behind the large tree, and then he quickly jumps the fence again. He walks out of the shadows, towards the guards that were peering over the edge.
Kurama What the hell are you doing?! Why are you all away from your posts?! Slacking on the job huh?! Well, how about I tell my father what you’re all doing.
Guards *jump back down, shake their heads quickly* Th... that’s not necessary sir.
Kurama Good, then go back to your posts. *hears the soft sound of someone running away from that area, smiles a little*
Kurama turns back to walk to the entrance of the castle. He turned his head slightly to the left as he sensed something familiar, yet different. He looks around the area, but doesn't see anything. He shakes his head a little, and walks up the stone steps to the inside of the castle. As he enters, and closes the door, a figure quickly crawls to a different location, being sure not to be seen.
As hours pass, and the party draws near, both Kurama and Tifa have had uneasy feelings. They knew their demands could be met, but what was worrying them was the fact that Ramirez has not been found. Both of them wished to ask him to their party. Their father on the other hand, was enjoying himself. He asked many different races to come to celebrate the coming of age for his children, not knowing what their demands were. Tifa is sitting on her bed, knowing that she had to put on her dress soon. A maid walks in, and scolds her lightly for not being ready, and Tifa smiles at her. She nods her head, and tells her that she'll put it on in a few minutes. The maid walked out, and turned towards Kurama's door. She entered there, but Kurama wasn't in there. She sighs slightly, and walks out. The maid goes back to her normal routine.
Kurama is standing inside of the tower, watching as the Royals all come to their party. He shakes his head lightly.
Kurama It isn't that big of a deal. Why should they all be coming? *sighs softly*
Gi *walking down near the garden, looks up noticing kurama* Hey!! Get down here!! You only have an hour to get ready!
Kurama *sighs again* Fine.
Kurama places his foot on the railing to the balcony, and pushes himself off. He spreads his arms out as he descends quickly towards the ground from the 25th story area. His cape flows in the wind as he gets nearer and nearer to the ground. Gi's eyes grow wide as he notices that Kurama was aiming for him. He quickly jumps backwards as Kurama lands where he was standing. Kurama landed with a slight thud, and places his hand on the ground to balance himself. He stands up slowly, and smirks slightly.
Gi Show off. *turns around, walks back to the inside of the castle*
Kurama *laughs slightly* It isn't that hard. You should try it, and land on your head.
Gi *flips him off while closing the door*
Kurama sighs, and walks back into the castle. He goes up to his room, and gets into his Royalty outfit. He ties the Royal Blade to his side, and brushes his hair out of his eyes. Tifa on the other hand was sliding her hands down her sides after putting on her dress. She spins lightly, looking at herself in the full body mirror. She smiles, and walks over to her door. She walks out, and hears Kurama walking out of his room. She looks over towards him, and smirks slightly.
Tifa Never thought I'd see the day when you're dressed up. *giggles slightly*
Kurama The same goes for you. Is it tight enough? *pointing towards her dress*
Tifa *glares slightly* It's supposed to be tight.
Kurama *sighs* Whatever… We have about an hour before the reception starts.
Tifa *nods her head* I know. *looks around* But I need to find Gi first. Have you seen him?
Kurama Not since I saw him outside. He came back into the castle a few minutes before I did.
Tifa *sighs* Where did he run off to? *quickly walks over to the stairs, goes down them, looking for gi*
Gi is walking past the entrance used by only Nobles. He quickly turns his head towards the door as he hears the sound of someone opening a door in the other room. He opens that door, and stands there, staring at Ramirez. Gi walked in, and closed the door behind him. Ramirez took a few steps back, and blinked a few times as Gi turned on the lights in that room.
Gi Why are you sneaking around Ra...? *notices the color of his hair, glares at him slightly* So, you're the one that did it.
Ramirez *smiles* How did you figure out? Is it the trait that all Zeenians have that helped you?
Gi *his eyes stay narrowed* Yeah. Killing an innocent, and feeling no remorse at all will make your hair turn white!
Ramirez *laughs* Get your facts right, stupid. *runs his fingers through his hair* Silver.
Gi Silver then. *crosses his arms* Why have you come here traitor?
Ramirez I came to greet my friends a happy birthday. Is that too hard to ask?
Gi Yes, it is. *slowly uncrossing his arms*
The sound of soft footsteps can be heard, and then Tifa's voice, saying that she thought she heard something. The door opens, and Gi turns around.
Tifa There you are!! Hurry up! The reception is about to start. *reaches for gi*
Gi *takes a slight step to the side* I'll be there in a little bit. I just got a few things to take care of.
Tifa *sighs, notices ramirez* Oh, hi Ramirez. *waves, not noticing the hair color*
Ramirez *smirks at her, nods slightly* Nice to see you again.
Tifa *nods* Same. *looks over at gi* Okay. I'll be waiting Gi. *kisses him softly, turns back, walking to the banquet hall*
Ramirez Lovely girl. Wouldn't you agree? *watching gi slowly close the door*
Gi Yeah, she is. *turns around to face him* Now, as I told her, I've got stuff to take care of. So just get out before I force you to leave.
Ramirez *shakes his head* As I told you, I want to wish my friends a happy birthday. Just step out of my way before you bite off more than you can chew. *narrows his eyes*
Gi *unsheathes the sword at his side* I'm warning you Ramirez… Leave now!
Ramirez *sighs* I was hoping that it wouldn't have to come down to this. *unsheathes the sword at his side* Very well then. *takes a defensive stance*
Gi glares at Ramirez, and then rushes towards him. Ramirez raises his sword, and blocks his horizontal slash. Ramirez spins around, and kicks Gi in the back. Gi stumbles forwards, and hears the door open. Gi turns quickly around, and chases Ramirez into the main hall. Ramirez laughs a little as he saw the doors to the banquet hall. Gi shoots an energy blast at Ramirez's feet, causing him to trip and fall. Gi jumped over him, and slid a few feet. He turns around quickly to parry Ramirez's thrust. Gi then punches at Ramirez with his free hand, but Ramirez dodges it easily, smirking at him. Gi narrows his eyes a little, and spin kicks him in the chest, causing him to stumble backwards. Ramirez quickly regains his composure, and glares at Gi.
The fight continues on for 30 minutes, neither one letting up. Both had small gashes across their bodies, and were faintly tired. Gi takes a large breath, and charges towards Ramirez again. Ramirez jumps back, and Gi's sword barely misses him, but does slice off a few strands of Ramirez's hair. Ramirez continued to jump back as Gi tried to attack him again. Ramirez was pressed up against a corner, and was gasping for his breath. Ramirez then remembered something Aurion told him the day before.
~flash back~
Ramirez This sword is so cool!! Is there anything else I can do besides getting more powerful magic attacks with it? Like, can I bring the dead back to life or something?
Aurion *smirks* Something like that. With that sword, you can give objects a life, but more than likely it won't work unless it's an object from your own body. That’s the best way to do it. *nods his head*
Ramirez *raises an eyebrow* So, like what? What would be a good thing? *blinks*
Aurion Your hair, for one thing. Give it some energy after it is sliced off, and a new creature will form, helping you. *smiles*
Ramirez That could come in handy sometime. *sheaths the sword onto his side*
Aurion Yes, it will. Ramirez, who was it you said you were wishing to bring along with you?
Ramirez My friends, Kurama and Tifa. I’ve known them a really long time.
Aurion *sighs* I'm not too sure that they'll agree with you.
Ramirez Don't worry. They're my friends. *smiles* They'll understand.
~end of flash back~
Ramirez quickly rolls to the side, dodging Gi's thrust. He notices that some of his hair was sliced off a while back. He rolls backwards to dodge Gi's downward thrust. Gi's sword hit the ground, and dug in deep into the stone. Gi pulled hard, trying to free his sword. Ramirez smirks, knowing that this was his chance. He looks along the dark colored stones until he saw a silver string of hair. He focuses his mind, and sends some of his energy at it. He stared in disbelief as his hair slowly grew, and turned a different color. It took the form of a small child-like creature. The creature looked like a regular person, except for the fact that their arms touched the ground and were many sizes too large for it. It was a greenish blue color, and wore bones for armor. It looks to be about the same size as children (around 11 years old), but it held a sword on its back that looked as if 3 strong men would have problems holding it. He watched as it drew its large sword. Ramirez's eyes turned back to Gi, and raised his sword to block his attack. As Ramirez held Gi's sword back, the front of a sword pushed itself through Gi's abdomen. Gi gasps, and looks down at the sword showing through his body. He turns his head around, and sees the large creature.
Gi W...what is that?! *fear showing in his eyes*
Ramirez *smiles* That… is my child. *raises his hands, shooting an extremely large energy blast, causing gi to fly through the banquet doors* *looks at the creature* I’ll... call you… Meriko. And... the type of creature you are… shall be named… Skullkid… *smiles, leans a little, sighing* I wish I could have most of my energy back though.
Just as soon as Ramirez said that, the creature vanished, turning back into a hair. All the energy that was in it came upon Ramirez. His eyes grew wider a little as almost all of his energy came back. A small smile forms across his lips.
A loud crash is heard in the banquet room as Tifa is just about to say her command to her father. She turns around quickly to see Gi flying through the air, and land on the ground, a few yards away from the stairs. She quickly forgets what she was planning on saying, and rushes to him. She kneels at his side, and tries her best to heal him. Kurama is standing near the middle of the stairs, and could already tell that he was dead. His eyes quickly turn to the broken door as a figure walk in. He raises an eyebrow as he recognizes his friend, noticing that he was covered in gashes. He then noticed the color of his hair and his eyes quickly grew cold.
Ramirez *looks up towards kurama, waves at him* Happy Birthday Kurama!
Kurama *giving him a cold glare* Traitor... Why are you here?!
Ramirez *blinks, at a loss for words* Bu… I…
Tifa *wipes her eyes, glares at ramirez* You b*****d!! *stands up* You... killed... him!!
She quickly grabs a spear that one of the guards was holding, and races towards Ramirez. She trips a few times, and slides to a stop. She tears the bottom of her dress off, showing a part of her combat suit underneath. She races at him with full speed, and swings her spear. Ramirez easily dodged it, and pushes her away from him. She stumbled forwards, and turns around quickly. She thrusts her spear, and Ramirez steps to the side to dodge it. He wraps his arm around the pole part, and lifts her off the ground. He continues to lift, and then threw her off her spear behind him. She flew through the air, and into Kurama's arms. He sets her down onto the ground gently. He slowly turns his head back to Ramirez, giving him an even colder glare.
Kurama You've lost your entire honor as a Zeenian! Your actions and your appearance proves it! *glaring at him*
Ramirez Does... that mean... we're not friends anymore? *gulping slightly, trying to hold back tears*
Kurama *narrows his eyes more* To answer that stupid question, I shall use my command. *turns to his father* I command… that Ramirez Lunar *points towards ramirez* shall be banished from the planet Zee… *looks over towards the shocked ramirez, glaring* …forever.
Ramirez *something snaps in his mind, glares at kurama, unsheathes his sword* YOU b*****d!! *charges at him*
Kurama pushes Tifa out of the way, and unsheathes his sword just in time to block Ramirez's attack. He pushes Ramirez away from him, and looks over towards Tifa. She was standing up slowly, rubbing her ankle. She gives him a thumbs up, and grabs her spear off of the wall. She spins it in a circle around her body, and looks over towards Kurama, who was blocking a series of thrusts from Ramirez. Ramirez starts to do quick slashes at Kurama, and Kurama continued to block each one before they got near his body.
After a few minutes, Ramirez soon began to show fatigue. His attacks had less power behind them, and Kurama smirks. He planned to make Ramirez use almost all of his energy before he attacked him. Kurama blocked Ramirez's next attack, and then punched Ramirez hard in the ribs. Ramirez stumbles to the side, and then feels the tip of Tifa's spear dig into his leg. He falls down, screaming from the pain.
Kurama *standing over him, points the tip of his sword at him* Ramirez! You only have an hour to leave this planet, or we'll kill you! Get up, and get out!
Tifa *yanks the spear out, positions herself for another stab* NOW!! BEFORE I KILL YOU!
Kurama *places his hand on her shoulder, shakes his head slightly* Nah, don't kill him. You got to give him time to get up.
Tifa But he killed Gi!! *tears rolling down her cheeks*
As Tifa cries, another large explosion occurred. Everyone looks over to the rubble castle wall. A cloaked figure soon walked in through the dust. He lifts his head up slowly, and notices Ramirez down on the ground. He raises his hand up, and both Kurama and Tifa prepare themselves for an attack. The man moves 2 fingers down, and then starts to laugh. Both Kurama and Tifa look at each other with puzzled expressions.
Kurama *raises an eyebrow* What’s so funny?
Man You are! You have just sealed your fate!! *takes the hood off*
Tifa and Kurama *gasp* Aurion!! What are you doing here?!
Aurion I'm here to take my pupil back. He obviously wasn't ready, but he did do his job in distracting you all. *starts to laugh as ramirez's body teleported to his side* Now... ATTACK MY SHADOWS!!
As soon as Aurion finished his statement, thousands upon thousands of dark figures rained down upon them. Both Kurama and Tifa try to slice through them, but with each one that they slice through, two would take its place. They were fighting an inevitable battle, and they knew it. Not long after the battle began, Tifa was stabbed in the arm. She tried her best to fight with one hand, but it proved to be useless. She felt something jump onto her back while she was fighting back another shadow, and then felt something cold run straight to her heart. She barely had enough time to scream before her very own heart was crushed from the shadows hand. (if you didn't figure, the one on her back thrusted his hand into her body, and then crushed her heart from the inside)
Kurama pushes a few shadows away, and then felt the life of his sister fade away. He looks over at her to see her body fall. He looks in terror, knowing that he will soon be following her. He looks at the rest of the Royals in the castle, but then noticed why they weren't helping. Each one was motionless, like they were frozen in time. He then turns his attention back to the shadows, and noticed that he was surrounded. He looks from left to right, and grits his teeth as he watches all of them jump in the air, heading towards him. They all grabbed onto his body, trying to force him to the ground. He tried his best to push them off, and then he heard Aurion's maniacal laughter. His anger soon swelled up, and he used his last ounce of magic, powering up. From this explosion, most of the shadows that were on him faded away. He stabs the ground, trying to catch his breath. He slowly lifts his head to see Ramirez standing over him.
Ramirez *holding his sword in his hand* I... tried to bring... you with me. But you had... to be against me. *his rage is growing slightly*
Kurama *coughs slightly, glares at him* Team with you?! Right now... you're nothing... but a weak... simple minded fo... guh!
Ramirez didn't even wait for Kurama to finish his statement. He thrusted his sword deep into Kurama's chest, and watched his blood ooze out. Kurama tries to push the sword out of him, but Ramirez wouldn't let him. Instead he pulled the sword upwards, slicing through half of Kurama's body. As the sword exited Kurama's body, his chest split in half, and it seemed like his blood exploded out of his body. Kurama fell down, dead.
Ramirez swings his sword, making the blood come off. He sheaths the sword, and limps back towards Aurion. After he reached him, Aurion lifted the spell that was on everyone else. It only took a few seconds for them to see the scene displayed on the floor. They all look towards Ramirez and Aurion, but they were already gone.
The king sank to the floor. His pride and joys both dead before him. He clenches his fists after a few seconds of mourning, and sent the guards to chase after Aurion and Ramirez. He then called for the guardians.
After waiting a few minutes, Trista came walking into the throne room. On her wrist was a silver bracelet, but everyone knew better than that. She raised her arm up and a large gray blob like creature formed out of the bracelet. Trista acknowledges Cupil, and the King acknowledges them both. Trista then notices the corpses of the prince and princess, and she cups her mouth quickly as tears form in her eyes.
King Cupil, can you find my children’s' spirits?
Cupil *nods his head* Yes, they're still here. They haven't gone to the spirit realm yet.
King Good! Grab them both, put them in your body, but don't absorb them.
Cupil *nods his head, glows dark red, and then turns back into a silver color* It is done. What do you wish for me to do with them?
King Help them be reborn! Not here though. They could be back, and kill them again.
Cupil *nods* Shall I take them to another system?
King YES!! Take them to another system, near their largest star, but not too close. We don't want them to die.
Cupil *turns to leave*
King Wait!! *pockets out something* Here, take this as well. They're the pendants that were supposed to be gifts for them, but hopefully they'll take them wherever they are reborn at.
Cupil takes the pendants, and nods his head again. He then flies like a bullet out of a window, and heads towards space. Once he reached there, he put himself into light speed, and sped towards the next space system. Trista then looks up to the King.
Trista I’m going with him.
King No you’re not. You’ve done enough with my children. When they are reborn, I don’t want you to corrupt their minds! You are to remain here, and leave them alone.
Trista *tears forming in her eyes* But… sire!
King I’ve heard enough! Go back to your temple and do your job. *glares at her*
Trista *bows to the king, tears of anger, more than sorrow, streaming down her cheeks*
Trista turns around and walks out the door. She pays no attention to the guards asking her questions, or the people giving her strange looks. As she reaches the courtyard, she falls to the ground and begins to cry heavily. She continues to tell herself that she lost them both because she wasn’t there to protect them. She continues to cry for a few minutes, and then lifts her head up slowly. She turns her head back towards the castle, and her eye brows slant downwards slowly as she made up her mind.
Trista *wipes the tears off of her cheek* He can command all he wants, but I am a guardian. *she grits her teeth tightly* I’ll find them myself then. It shouldn’t be that hard.
She climbs to her feet, and runs the rest of the way back to the temple to get her stuff ready.
3,000 years have passed, and Cupil has been on a planet for the past 16 years. He watched in the beginning as they twins found out their own special abilities, and he grew quite fond of them. After they reached the age of 8 though, he felt saddened as Tifa was taken away to Tokyo, and Kurama was forced to go train out in the forest. But he knew it was for the best. He continued to watch over Kurama because he knew that Tifa was being taken care of very well. After 8 years have passed, Kurama grew to be a great warrior, but he didn't like his family much. It's been 3 years since Kurama's last visit to his village, so he decided to go get more supplies.
Kurama is walking out of the forest to gather supplies for the next three years that he is supposed to be training. He walks into the village, but many of the people do not recognize him because of the length of his uncut hair and how dirty he looked. He has not taken a bath in 1 month. He walks past his parents’ house, and turns his head in disgust.
Kurama Humph! Why would I want to go back home? Nobody there actually cares about me. They just wanted me to become more powerful to help them fight. Well I’m not a kid anymore! But the confusing thing is why they would do this to their own child?! It isn't fair!! *takes a slow breath, remembering what his sister had said about his anger before she left* Anyway, I need to get more sharpeners for my daggers. *walks over to the sword smith’s shop* Hey Rika!
Rika What?
Kurama I need a few more sharpeners!
Rika And a hair cut by the looks of it.
Kurama *glares at Rika* Ha-ha. *sarcastic laugh* Just get me the sharpeners. Put it on my parent’s tab.
Rika Sure! *hands Kurama the sharpeners* Why don't you buy some new knives. Lord knows you need them. You can have them presharpened and everything. What do you say?
Kurama I say... get a life! You try every time I come down here to get me to buy those worthless pieces of junk!!
Rika But these knives won't go dull! I promise you.
Kurama That’s what you said about these daggers when you cheated my father. Now don't pester me with that stupid brand again or.......
Treya Oh Kurama be quiet! *interrupting him* You know as well as I do that you won't do anything to him. You’re too much of a softie. The only time you do fight is when you are ticked off, and you are still too far away for that to be happening.
Kurama Good morning to you too, Treya. Why do you always make fun of that one little incident? *puts sharpeners into the bag he is carrying* Now if you don't mind, I would like to go get a few more items.
Treya Sure. *following Kurama*
Kurama *sigh* Did I say you could follow me?
Treya No, but you didn't say I couldn't either. *smiles at Kurama*
Kurama *sighs and walks over to the medicine store* I need a few antidotes for diseases, some cleaning medicine for cuts and scrapes and...
Treya And bandages for all the wittle booboos he gets when he falls. *snickers*
Kurama *blushes* Why do you do that?!
Treya Do what? *innocent look on her face*
Kurama Try to embarrass me whenever I come back here!
Tryea *shrugs* I don’t know.
Kurama Well knock it off! *gets the items he asked for, even the bandages*
Treya *looks at the items and then laughs*
While Kurama was being made fun of in the store, a young man with silver hair walked into the village. He walked past a few houses, and then stopped suddenly.
Ramirez *sighs* I see. So this is the planet that the king sent his kids to. This place doesn't look as bad as what they told me though. There is nobody here that looks like they can even put a decent fight. Oh well, Kurama or Tifa have to be here. *sighs, looks around the area* Now, how to get them to come out in the open.... *notices a few unguarded areas, smirks* Very nice. You two *pointing at some of the creatures following him* go have some fun.
The two Skullkids looked at the man with glee, and then one took out a bomb from a bag that it was carrying. The man ordered the rest to stand guard while the two worked quickly and quietly. They laid bombs all over the place without any of the villagers seeing them. They then took cover and pressed a switch.
KABOOOM!!!!
The villagers started to run and scream as the creatures started to attack. They ran after the women, children, and elderly, anyone who they thought they could kill.
Kurama What the hell was that?! *runs outside of the shop with Treya following*
Treya Oh my god! What’s happening?! *looking around* What the hell are those things?! Where did they come from?!
Kurama I don't know, but there looks like there are about 15 of them. *looks around to see that one of the creatures were looking at them* Uhhh...Treya!
Treya Hmm? *looks at the creature* Ooooooo! So they want to play now! *laughs* You can take this one.
Kurama Sure. *pulls out two daggers from their sheaths*
The Skullkid jumps at Kurama, but Kurama dodges to the left. Then the Skullkid swung the sword he was holding. Kurama blocked that easily. Then he put one dagger into the chest of the Skullkid, and then did a complete turn around to the back side of the Skullkid, where he buried his dagger into the back of its head.
Treya Eeewwwwwww!! When did you start to fight so aggressively?!
Kurama I tried to tell you when we were at the Rika's store, but you were too busy making fun of me to tell you.
Treya Tell me what, that you are a killer?
Kurama No! That now I will fight if it is going to help someone. That thing jumped at me and you, so I decided that I had to help you.
Treya *blushes* Oooookay! So how many of them are left?
Kurama About 14. This means that there are 7 for you and 7 for me.
Treya That’s not fair. You got to fight more than me!!
Kurama Yeah, but you get to fight the bigger ones.
Treya Hmmm. Point taken. *looks around and notices ramirez* So who gets to meet him?! *hearts for eyes, and then looks at Kurama* Not saying that he is better looking than you.
Kurama *rolls his eyes* You can have him when you are done with the seven creatures.
Treya looks around and picks up a spear that one of the villagers dropped.
Treya Wanna see why me and Tifa like to use spears?! *points it at a Skullkid* Watch!
Treya runs at the Skullkid, and then digs the spear head into the ground. She jumps onto the Skullkids head and then jumps onto the ground. She then buries the head of the spear into its back. She then lifts the spear up and slams the Skullkid into the ground with the point of the spear digging deeper. She spins on the handle of the spear, and pulls it out. She jumps to the ground, and spins the spear around in a circle.
Kurama Nicely done.
Treya Thanks.
Kurama *looks around and spots 2 long swords* Hmm. *walks over to them and picks them up* So why do people like to use swords? They look like they're hard to spin. *positions one behind him with the blade sticking out*
One of the Skullkids was running towards Kurama, but was sliced in the stomach when Kurama turned the blade around. Kurama looked over his shoulder and smiled. He pulled up on the sword and the Skullkid fell in half from the waist up.
Kurama Oh, so that’s why people like them. They're fun! *snickers*
Another Skullkid ran up on Kurama as Treya was finishing one off. Kurama blocked the attack, but was almost hit in the side by an arrow shot from another Skullkid. Treya saw that, and then threw her spear right into the heart of it. She walked over and picked up the bow and quiver of arrows and her spear.
Treya Cool. This bow is a lot smaller than the ones used by the other things, but it can shoot a lot faster.
She shot an arrow at another Skullkid in the head.
Treya That makes 4. How about you Kurama?
Kurama I'm on the fourth. He won't quit moving. *stabs it in the leg* Ha-ha, I got you now!
Kurama then noticed that another Skullkid was running towards him. He started to spin the sword in his left hand clockwise.
Kurama Lets see if they are as stupid as they are ugly. Watch the sword! Watch the sword! *continues to spin the sword*
The Skullkid started to watch the spinning sword. After about 15 seconds its head rolled off of its shoulders.
Kurama Oh, I meant watch the sword in my right hand. *laughs*
Kurama turned around to see Treya finish off her sixth one. She looked at Kurama and laughed. She then turned around to fight another Skullkid, but this one was bigger than all the rest.
Treya Hmmm, well I know I'm not going to say that stupid cliché. All right nimrod lets tango!
Treya started to fight the Skullkid. Kurama watched for awhile, and then turned around to be face to face with a Skullkid.
Kurama Heh. So, lets do it! *smiles*
As soon as he finished saying "it", an arrow flew through the air and went right through its head. Kurama looked around, and noticed his mother and father standing not too far away.
Kurama's Dad Thought that you might have needed a little help.
Kurama *glares* Why would I need any help from YOU?
Kurama's Mom Because we're your parents. You will always need our help in something. We care about...
Kurama About what?! ME?! Yeah right! Like you really cared! You sent me out of the village to take care of myself when I was 8! And now you say that you care?! Bull s**t! *turns away from his parents and walks down a hill looking for another Skullkid*
Treya is still fighting that huge Skullkid. Kuarama is at the bottom of the hill still looking for one. He notices one that is chasing after a woman with a child.
Kurama Oh, I see! So you chase after people who are helpless! Pathetic! *he threw the sword he was holding, but it hit the tree next to its head* These long swords are freaking hard to aim! *he threw the other one at its head, but he hit it in the back*
The Skullkid turned around and looked at Kurama. It started to run towards him.
Kurama Ooooooo! Lets play tag. You're it! *Kurama starts to run away*
The Skullkid chased Kurama for a little while, but then it started to lose its breath.
Kurama Ohh, poor thing! You're not very fit are you? *laughs*
Rika Hey Kurama!!
Kurama What now?!
Rika Here, catch! It's a short sword. About the same length of long daggers, but it is much stronger. *throws the two swords to him*
Kurama *catches them* They're light. Hmmmm. *eyes the Skullkid running at him* Lets try them out.
He spins the swords as if they were daggers around in the air. The Skullkid jumps in the air, and pulls its sword out. He swings it downwards as Kurama does a back flip to dodge.
Kurama Good try! My turn.
Kurama lands on his feet, and lunges towards the Skullkid. He swings one sword in one direction and the other one in the opposite direction. The Skullkid was able to block one of the swords, but was sliced in the chest by the other one.
Kurama Humph! Well, looks like all that's left is that other thing and that guy.
Kurama runs over to help out Treya, who is still fighting the large Skullkid.
Ramirez *thinks* So, it's Kurama! So that means that Tifa is the one in Tokyo. She'll be taken out easily*
Kurama Thought that you might need a little help.
Treya Oh really! What gave you that idea? *glares at Kurama*
Kurama Just a thought. *smiles back*
Treya *smiles, then looks at the Skullkid*
Kurama Ready? *looking at Treya*
Treya *nods and twirls her spear*
Kurama *spins the short swords* Set....GO!!
Treya jumps toward the Skullkid as Kurama swings his sword at it. The Skullkid blocked Kurama's attack, but was hit in the shoulder by the blade of the spear. It jumped back in surprise, which made the cut deeper than it was. Kurama saw this as a chance to catch it off guard again. He jumped over the Skullkid, and grabbed the sore shoulder. He squeezed it as tight as he could before he was punched in the face by the massive hand of the Skullkid. With the Skullkid occupied with Kurama, Treya dug the tip of her spear into an opening of its armor. The Skullkid howled with pain and grabbed the spear (Treya was still holding it). He threw it and Treya into one of the houses walls. A swift swoosh sound came as Kurama buried the blade of one of his swords into the side that Treya opened up for him. The Skullkid howls again, and grabs Kurama's arm. He throws Kurama through the same wall that Treya was thrown into.
Kurama Oommffff!! *coughs up a little blood* Treya! Are...you all right?!
Treya Yeah, I'm fine! *putting pressure on the gash in her arm* Just need to be a little bit more careful. How bout you?!
Kurama I lost my breath for a while, but it's coming back now. That thing is pretty tough. How do you think we can take it down?
Treya Well, I tried to take it out by hitting it in the head, but I think his skull is like 8 inches thick. Maybe if we try to get him distracted...
Kurama Ohh, you mean like the last 2 times we tried to attack him. Wow! That worked. Did you forget how we got here in the first place?! He can throw our attack right back at... that's it!
Treya What's it?
Kurama That's how he fights. He must only be able to attack us after he feels how strong of an attack we use on him.
Treya So if we attack him head on...
Kurama He'll be able to send it right back at us. So we need to catch him off guard, like both of us attack him at once. He won't be able to tell which attack to send back. We'll continue this strategy until something else comes to us.
Kurama and Treya got up and saw that it was true. The Skullkid was just standing there waiting for them to attack it. Kurama started to run towards it when an arrow flew through the air and hit the Skullkid in the skull, but it didn't die. It just looked up at Kurama's mother.
Kurama's Mother That should have killed it! What the hell are these things?!
Mysterious Stranger *laughs* Good! Now she will die! KILL HER MERIKO!!!
Treya Never mind about meeting him!! *glares at the guy* He's with them.
Meriko *nods* *smiles and turns towards Kurama's mother* I guess I will have to kill you! I was fighting the urge! *laughs*
Kurama's Mother *jumps back and pulls another arrow in the bow* Just try and do it!! *releases the arrow and it flies into the chest plate of Meriko* Got him!! *smiles*
Meriko *smiles and pulls the arrow out of his chest plate* This is going to be fun! *laughs and walks slowly towards her*
While Meriko slowly walked towards Kurama's mother, Kurama and Treya were devising a way to take Meriko's attention away from her.
Kurama Okay, we need to distract him long enough for my dad to grab her, but how can we do that?
Treya I don't know, but we need to do it quick because he's getting closer to her!
Meriko had began to run towards Kurama's mother at a fast pace.
Kurama RUN MOM!!!
Kurama's Dad *grabs some chains and swings it around Meriko's throat* Run!!
Kurama's Mother *jumps back again and starts to run away from Meriko*
Meriko *grabs the chain and whips kurama's dad over him* GOTCHA!!! *grabs him in the air and slams him head first into the ground breaking his neck upon impact*
Kurama DAD!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!
Kurama's Mother *turns around and faints at the sight of her husband's death*
Meriko *smiles and laughs through his teeth* *flings the body towards Kurama* Here you go!!
Treya and Kurama YOU b*****d!!!!
Meriko Me? Ah, pity *laughs*
Kurama *grits his teeth* You will die!!!
Meriko *laughs* Go ahead and try it kid!!
What Meriko didn't know was that the villagers were surrounding him as he was speaking. He was going to get a very big surprise. The villagers all lunged at him, swinging their daggers, spears, swords, anything they could get their hands on to attack with.
Meriko WHAT?? *starts to laugh* Do you actually think that your puny weapons can hurt me?! *laughs even harder*
Treya Humph!! You don't pay attention much do you??
Meriko *stops laughing* What are you talking about? *knocks all the villagers away from him and looks around*
Then Meriko noticed something... they boy wasn't there.
Meriko WHERE IS HE??!!
Kurama Behind you. *pulls the 2 swords towards his body* It's time to take you out!! *the swords started to glow*
Meriko Heh, yeah right... and you're supposed to do this with glowing sticks. *laughs at his joke*
Mysterious man *thinks* What is that fool thinking? Meriko can not be defeated. *starts to laugh silently*
Treya Heh, your not as invincible as you think. DO IT KURAMA!!!!
Kurama *nods and looks at Meriko* Well, it was nice knowing you! *he runs towards Meriko* CUTLASS FURY!!!
Kurama swings his swords when he got near Meriko. Meriko blocked 3 of the attacks.
Meriko *laughs* Was that it?? Just 3 swings of the sword?? Hahahahaha!!
Treya Ermmm.... no, that was actually 15 swings of his swords. You were only able to block 3, which means he hit you with 12.
Meriko Yeah right!! I don't feel any diff..... AARRRRGGHHH!!! *grabs his chest and falls to his knees* What did you do??
Kurama Exactly what she said. Pity I wasn't able to slice through you, but I did hurt you anyway. You were just to thick for these short swords.
Meriko WHAT?!!! *Looks down and notices that his armor is gone. He also noticed that he had deep gashes in his chest, legs, arms, and his face* AHHHHHHHHH!!! You wretched brat! I'll kill YOU!! *he gets up to his feet, but was suddenly stabbed in the chest by a spear* What the hell??
Treya It was my turn to attack. *laughs* Looks like you're dead.
Meriko pulls the spear out of his chest and takes a few steps back. He fell down and looked up to notice the man standing there.
Meriko Master Ramirez!!! HELP ME!!! *pleads more for his master’s help*
Ramirez Humph!! Help you?!! Coward!! You should've known that it was impossible to defeat them. So... I guess I will help you! *unsheathes his sword*
Meriko Oh!! Thank you master!! Thank You!! *tears falling down his face*
Kurama Damn!!! Like we didn't have enough trouble. Now we got to deal with this guy. Better get ready Treya. *gets into a defensive position*
Treya *nods* Too bad!! *sighs* Lets do it. *spins her spear to the front of her*
Meriko *watches his master’s movements* Wait... NOOO!!! NOT THAT!!!!
Kurama and Treya What!! What’s he doing??!!
Ramirez was spinning the sword in circle in front of him. A silver circle formed behind his back, and he walked into it. The circle disappeared, and everything was silent. Ramirez then appeared next Kurama, but vanished before he had a chance to attack him. He appeared next to Treya next, and vanished at the same speed. He then formed himself near Meriko, and slowly fades away from view. The silver circle comes back, and Ramirez walks out of it.
Ramirez *swings his sword downwards* MOONLIGHT ECLIPSE!!!
Everyone that he was near suddenly felt a lot of pain. Meriko fell into pieces on the ground.
Kurama What the hell was that??!!! *clasping his chest*
Treya *clasping her arm* I don't know!!
Ramirez *laughs* Its sorta like your cutlass fury, only that I attack faster. I attack numerous of times for many enemies. *laughs*
Kurama and Treya WHAT!!!! *both fall to one knee* How??!!
Ramirez Why would I tell you??!! *laughs some more*
Kurama *looks down at Meriko* Why?!! He was your friend!!!
Ramirez Oh now you ask?!! Hahahahaha, do you think I would care for my own creations?? Well I don't!! Hahahahaha!!!!!
Treya *looks towards Kurama* Oh my god, Kurama!! Your chest!!
Kurama I know. *continues to breath heavily as he looks at his chest again* It was that attack he did.
Kurama's chest had a big slice and was bleeding badly. If he doesn't get it patched up soon... he will surely die.
Ramirez Awww... Did I hurt you Kurama? *makes a sad face*
Kurama Heh... so I guess your used to using cry baby faces huh? Since that’s pretty much the only thing you can do. *trying to get back up*
Treya *stands up and points an arrow at Ramirez* Now it's your turn. *shoots the arrow*
Ramirez dodges and watches the arrow burrow into the tree next to his head. He then slowly turned his head towards Treya.
Ramirez How dare you!! *he runs up to her and punches her in the stomach, then he elbows her in the back of the head and forces her to the ground* You will die for trying to even touch me!!
Ramirez brings up his sword to attack, but was tripped by Kurama. Kurama was breathing heavily as the blood oozed out of his chest. Kurama leaned against a tree to catch his breath.
Ramirez Damn you! *jumps to his feet* You'll pay for that!
Kurama *smiles* Heh, sure I will. *gets into his fighting stance and stumbles* Damn it! *looks at his chest* *thinks* This is going to take a long time to heal. *ends* *looks up and watches Ramirez swing his sword towards him*
Kurama raises his sword and blocks the attack. Ramirez swings his foot after he swung his sword and kicks Kurama in his chest.
Kurama is pushed a few feet and falls down.
Kurama *coughs up a little blood* Damn him! *slowly climbs to his feet*
Ramirez *laughs at him* You pathetic fool! Did you actually think that you had a chance against...... *falls to his knees as a spear is thrust through his right chest* Who??!! *looks behind his shoulder*
Treya *smiles at him* You just couldn't shut your mouth, could yah handsome? *pulls her spear out and hits him in the face* NOW STAY DOWN!!!
Treya rushed over to Kurama, and knelt down beside him.
Treya Kurama!! Are you ok? How deep is it?
Kurama I'm fine. What took you so long?
Treya I just saved your a**, and all you can say is what took me so long?! *laughs* Your ok. *pats him on the shoulder*
Kurama *winces in pain* Don't do that please. *laughs and notices Ramirez is standing right behind Treya* NO!!
Ramirez swings his sword as Kurama pulls Treya away. The sword barely slices her back.
Treya *winces, but then kicks behind her and hits Ramirez in the knee* Go away!! *rolls over and kicks him in the chest*
Ramirez *flies a few feet away from them as the wind was knocked out of him* WENCH!! *lies on the ground catching his breath*
By this time, Kurama's mother had already woke up. While Kurama and Treya were fighting with Ramirez, she got a few villagers to grab their weapons and get ready to attack. She watched as Ramirez got back up.
Kurama's Mother Ok!! Here’s our chance!! Lets take him out, NOW!! *she and the villagers all run at Ramirez*
Ramirez turns his head to see the horde of people running towards him.
Ramirez ENOUGH!!! I should have done this in the first place!!
Kurama and Treya Do what?! *getting into a defensive position*
Ramirez *smiles* This... *his sword starts to glow as the wind blew hard*
Kurama and Treya stand there watching Ramirez's every movement. The villagers stopped their attack to watch. The sky grew darker and the wind blew more. Soon, electricity filled the sky.
Ramirez It's time!! *he points his glowing sword towards the sky* RAIN OF THUNDER!!!!
A few seconds later, the lightning started to fall from the sky. Everyone tried to run from it, but the speed of it was too much for them. Even Kurama and Treya were hit by it. The lightning continued to fall for 3 minutes. Everything caught fire. The houses were burning to the ground, nobody was moving. After the last lightning bolt hit the ground, Ramirez lowered his sword.
Ramirez *looks upon the scene and laughs* They're all dead!! That was too easy. Somebody else should have come here because I really didn't need to waste my time. *he continues to laugh as he walks away* Now.... it's time to go see Tifa.
Somebody moved a little. Ramirez turned around to see Kurama trying to get back to his feet, but he didn't have the strength to.
Ramirez *laughs* Oh... so you're still alive. *looks at how badly he is hurt* But, you are about to die anytime. How... *looks over Kurama* Hmm... maybe.
Ramirez raised his hand and shot a blast over Kurama.
Kurama You missed!! *smiles while still trying to get up*
Ramirez *looks back at Kurama* I wasn't aiming at you.
Kurama then noticed that there was a power that was gone, but he paid no attention to it. He thought that it must have been another villager that survived, but now just died.
Kurama So... wait. You said you were going where? *trying to regain some energy and time*
Ramirez To meet your sister, Tifa. I was given orders to kill you, and then I can go have fun with her. It's such a pity that you won't be able to see the expression on her face when I tell her of how I easily destroyed her home. All of her loved ones, dead. It will be such a great sight to see. Then, I will slice her open, and make her suffer a death far worse than what you have. You get to die quickly.... but I will keep her alive by giving her small amounts of energy, and then take it away from her. It will be so much fun. Wouldn't you agree, Kurama? *looks at Kurama questionably*
Kurama had his head in the ground, and wasn't moving. It looks like Kurama had died while Ramirez was telling his story. Ramirez turned around. He didn't notice that the wind was blowing harder than normal, or that the sky was growing darker. Ramirez continued to walk towards the forest. He hears a crunching sound, and turns around to see what it was. Kurama hadn't move. He looked down and saw that he had stepped on a twig.
Ramirez *sighs* I'm getting edgy. I got to loosen up. Kurama's dead. Now all I have to do is kill Tifa, and that shouldn't be a problem. I've already sent somebody there to... occupy her time. *he smiles and continues his walk*
A long swishing sound came. The trees started to bend in bad formations, and the sky started to strike with lightning. Ramirez hears the sound of something digging in the ground. Ramirez slowly turns around to see that Kurama was moving slightly. Kurama was digging his hands in the ground to try and support his weight. He pushes himself up and slowly rises to his feet. His face was pointed towards the ground, and blood trickled off of his chin.
Ramirez What?! You were dead!!
Kurama opens his eyes and slowly lifts his face up towards Ramirez. The expression on it could kill anybody who was weak at the heart. (meaning very scary)
Kurama You will not go anywhere near my sister!!! I'm not through with you yet!! *he grabs the 2 small swords off of the ground and starts to slowly walk towards Ramirez*
Ramirez *smirks* Heh, you've already lost. Just go back and lie down. You have no more strength left. *he charges his left hand*
Kurama continues to walk towards him.
Ramirez KURAMA!!! I'm warning you!! If you come any closer... I'm gonna blast a hole right through ya!!
Kurama just glares at Ramirez, and continues his walk towards him. Ramirez takes a step back.
Ramirez FINE!!! Die in a miserable manner then!!
Ramirez hurls the energy blast at Kurama, but as soon as it hit him, it bounced off and went into a different direction. Kurama lowers his face, and still walks towards him. Ramirez charges both of his hands and starts to shoot a volley of attacks at him. As each attack hits him, they just either bounced off away from him or went into the ground. Ramirez was low on energy, and had to save it. He takes more steps back as Kurama starts to quicken his pace.
Ramirez What the hell is going on?!! *he turns around to run, but Kurama was already there* AH!!! *he swings his sword* SWINGING FURY!!!
As Ramirez did his fastest attack, Kurama was blocking it all. Ramirez did a total of 28 attacks in that 5 second time area, but none of the attacks touched Kurama.
Ramirez How can you?! Your abilities should not even be this high!! *he takes a few more steps back*
Kurama I'm the twin that you were looking for. *takes a step towards him* And now, you are wanting to hurt my sister. I WON'T LET YOU!!! *he vanishes as Ramirez starts to run*
He appears in front of Ramirez again. Only this time, he punches him in the gut, and then knees him in the head. This caused Ramirez to stumble backwards. As Ramirez fell, Kurama jumped over him and spun, keeping his leg pointed out. He kicks Ramirez in the back of the head, which in turn, makes Ramirez bury himself in the ground. Kurama lands back on the ground, and runs to the impact area that Ramirez fell into. He jumps up, and points his swords at Ramirez's heart. Ramirez did a back roll and the swords were impelled in the ground. Kurama looks up to see a foot swing and hit him in the face. He is thrown by the impact a few yards away, but he held onto the swords and pulled them out with him as he flew backwards. He does a back flip and lands on his feet. He runs at Ramirez with high speed. Ramirez watches intensively where Kurama is running.
Kurama then turns sharply and vanishes. Ramirez looks around for him, but then he saw the shadow behind him. He turns around and blocks the vertical slice that Kurama tried to do.
Kurama *glares* I WON'T LET YOU NEAR HER!!! CUTLASS FURY!!! *swings his swords at a much higher speed*
Ramirez tried to block the attacks, but with the anger enhancing Kurama's attack and speed, he was not able to. He was hit 16 times. He jumped back away from Kurama and looked at the small gashes in his body. He looks back up to see Kurama in his face!!
Ramirez s**t!! *shoots a blast out by accident, and hits kurama in the chest*
Before Kurama was hit by the blast, he shot an electric blast into Ramirez, hurting him very badly. They both flew into trees, and slid to the ground. Minutes ticked by as they both try to get back to their feet. Ramirez was the first to get up, but he was badly wounded and nearly drained of all his energy.
Ramirez I only have enough to make the portal.... damn!! I wasn't expecting this. *he swings his sword and a slice appears in the air* You win... for now. *he jumps into the portal and flees*
Kurama *lifts his head off of the ground and watches the portal fade away* No..... *stands up slowly* I... can't let him get away!! *he takes a step, and then falls back down into a state of unconsciousness*
A few hours later, Kurama wakes up and he fells strong pressure on his chest. He looks down and sees a silver creature on his chest trying to stop the bleeding.
Kurama CUPIL!! *winces after he shouted* Where were you?
Cupil *wakes up* CU!! *lets go of him and turns back into it's normal self* Cu.... cupi... cupil!! *points to the stream*
Kurama Oh.... so you were at the stream when we were attacked. Lucky you. *slowly sits up and looks at the scene* They...... they're all dead. *closes his eyes and tries to see if he can sense anything* Tifa... she just got done with a large battle. I bet anything that she has sensed this. *looks around again* I can't let her see it. Cupil, go get me a pen and paper. Quickly!!
Cupil *nods and flies off to Kurama's house* (surprisingly... it wasn't destroyed by any of the lightning... XD)
A few minutes later, Cupil came back with a folded piece of paper, an envelope, a pen, and a sheet of paper. He drops the stuff at Kurama's feet.
Cupil CU!! *starts to circle around in the air*
Kurama *looks at the stuff* What’s that? *reaches for the folded piece of paper* What? It says it's for me.... *opens it*
The letter read as follows
To our beloved Kurama
Hello son. We hope that you have been training very hard. We can't wait to see you again. Guess what? You get to come back and live with us again. We can be a family again. We're about to send a letter to Tifa telling her the good news too! We have so much to catch up on. We're so sorry that you had to go through all that, but it was really for your own good. We are also very sorry that we missed your birthday for so long! If you look down at the bottom of this letter, you will see a pendant. It's for you! We are going to give the same type to Tifa. This pendant has special properties. It will increase the abilities of what you mostly believe in. It will also protect you from danger. This is your present for the past birthdays that we have missed. We love you so much, and worry about you too. We are looking forward for when we are gonna be together again. We got to go now. We love you very much.

As Kurama finished reading the letter; he looked down at the bottom of the letter. Sure enough, there was a pendant there.
Kurama Heh... so, now I find this out, after they die. Typical. Hey Cupil, do you know where Tifa's pendant is? *looks at cupil*
Cupil *cough cough* CU!! *spits out the pendant*
Kurama *catches it* Uh huh... *looks at cupil* I'm not even going to ask. *puts the pendant into the envelope and then puts the directions of where Tifa lives onto the envelope* Now... for the letter.
He wrote the letter and then rereads it. It says
Hey Sis!
Guess what? I get to come over and live with you! This is gonna be so much fun! Mom and dad say that it's time for us to be reunited again. Great huh? I'll be coming in about, 7 months. Oh... and this pendant. It's your birthday present. You have to wear it now. It’s supposed to have some special ability. I forgot, but it's really cool. Well, that’s about all I wanted to say. Oh yeah, the battle thing that you sensed. Nothing was wrong. Everybody's ok, well, that guy isn't. Hehehe. See ya soon.
Kurama
Kurama folds the letter and puts it in the envelope. He then gives it to Cupil and tells him to go mail it quickly. Cupil nodded and flew away. Kurama looks upon the scene again, and gets up.
Kurama I suppose that I should give them all a proper burial. Even if they were mean to me. *he staggers to get a shovel*
Cupil returns a few minutes later, and helps Kurama with the burying. They work all night and soon, it was morning. They had one hole left, but they couldn't find the person's body.
Kurama Where's Treya's body? *looks around again* I can't find it. Maybe... maybe she got away. I hope she did. *throws the shovel down, and walks back to his house* Come on Cupil, we need to rest up for now. Then we can worry about the other stuff later.
Cupil CUU!!!! *follows Kurama into the house*
Kurama walked into his parents room, and lied down on the bed. A few minutes later, he was fast asleep. As Kurama slept, Cupil fixed all of his wounds. Kurama slept for 3 days straight. When he finally woke up, he was very hungry. He got out of the bed, but then winced in pain from the deep gash that was bandaged up. He fights the pain, and walks out of the room. He stumbles down the stairs, and into the kitchen. Cupil was in the form of a young woman, and was cooking something that smelled delicious.
Kurama Cupil? What are you doing? *takes a seat at the table*
Cupil *turns around* Cup... cupil... cupi.
Kurama Yeah... ok. So, what’s for breakfast? *sniffing the aroma and drooling a little*
Cupil Cupil... cup.... cupil... cu.
Kurama Sounds good. How much longer?
Cupil *makes the number 5 with its hand* Cup.
Kurama Ok... that’s good.
Kurama leans back in the chair and shuts his eyes. He lets the smell of the food surround him. A few minutes later, he heard a plopping sound. He opened his eyes, and there was a mountain of food right in front of him.
Kurama Heh... thanks Cupil. *starts to eat slowly*
Cupil CU!! *does a little flip and transforms into his normal form*
