No help: Item price, even if its better then whats sold at stores (if its a non-sold at store thing, twice the scroll purchase)
Buy me the scroll: 1/3 off
Get me (or help me get) the ore 1/3 off
Buy me the scroll and get me the ore (or help) 2/3 off
Pay waterwheel prices 1/3 off
Do all three things: Free.
If its below par with whats sold in shops: 1/3 off the shop price.
Someone expected me to do a b*****d sword (a rank A item...) for free, yea... no buddy. I don't do stuff for free unless you do all the stuff listed above, I know a lot of blacksmiths and I have the greatest deals out of all of them... but I suck also.
