~Snow~
cold hands
sweat drenched flesh
severed life lines
does blood melt the snow
in this darkness my fear grows
is it a question
of do or die
fight or fly
when your wings are broken
and you begin to bleed out
do you begin to hope then
forgive all you've done wrong then
or do you clench your teeth
scream in pain
feel the snow melt in this blood red rain
do you turn away from truth
to cling to lies
do you forget that soon
you'll be nothing but food for flies
this is what i said
in that blood red rain
as i bled from the wound
you inflected on my heart
I feared the dark
feared the lonlist parts
i knew it would be my home
and so here i lay
the snow feels nice
the innocence fouled
by my blood red life
follow the tracks
find the melted snow
and remember that
this is all i can leave
you...my life in tracks of snow

if thoughts could bring you to your knees
would these Ideas drive you mad?
could I find the right words?
words to show you, a world without pain
when everyone is gone
would we stand on this beach
and look out from our cliff of sand
into an Ocean no longer full of life
a dead sea that would stretch from our feet
would i take your hand and walk forward into that abyss
would you follow me?
and create a new world at the edge of the unknown
plunge into that dead world and drown in the lives long gone
would the darkness embrace us
hold us like the world beneath the surface of that dead sea
would the darkness defile our eyes
if you followed me into that world?
would your light save me if i fell
fell from our world on that beach
the world above the decay
above the rot and pain
was i a fool to jump into that abyss without you?
was i the one who commited that genocide
the death of heart, mind, and soul
would you cry as it took me away
devoured my dark heart
hiding me away
would you wait for me on that beach
with tears in your eyes would you wait
wait on the edge of the world
calling my name from that tower of sand
would you pray to the darkness
and give birth to the world?
would you find love in the darkness of our beach
that little patch of heaven
like a message in a bottel it begins to fade
in the light of our forever sun
each grain crumbling away
until out little beach is nothing but that tower of sand
built from tears, screams and the last pain of the land
would our perfect world turn into a hell
if i wasn't there
would you hold that tower together
a beacon of hope in the growing dark
and wait for me to climb from the murky depths
and if i returned would that tower of sand
deminish and fade
the hope from which it was created just a memory
would we then fall together
back into the sea
and join the others
the others like me
the ones who wished for death
and thus where set free
was it I who commited this genocide
was it I who wished for the end of the world
was it I who created you
or was it I who just wished for an end too....

but thoes feelings have dulled

It’s a mirror
One in a funhouse
Distorted and hungry
Wanting the beauty you offered
So long ago
Its hungry for that image
That seemed to burn into its surface
The image of the woman
You would become
A woman that it wanted
To gaze upon forever
This funhouse mirror
Wanting a mirror of what you would become
