Ok today was my dads HIGH SCHOOL REUION
But it was funner than you probally think it would be.
Cause on the invataion to the reuin said you could bring your kids. So my dad taged us along. Exsept for my sister because she had a Concert, she playes the Violin so she didnt come.
well anyways, they had the coolest stuff where we went. It was kind of up in the mountians, and it was at this really cool cabin thing. It was more like a MANTION CABIN THOUGH!! The cabin was huge. But it wasnt the cabin that I had fun in, it was out side of it!!
They had a creek that seperated the awesome huge feild from this awesome tree house. So you had to go Over this brisge to get to this tree house. And next to the tree house (a tiny ways) they had a trampoline!!
And a little ways next to the trampoline, they had Swings. Like the big ones you could find at a park.
But on the tree house they had a ZIP LINE!!! On the zip line they had a rope attached on to the bottum of where you sit, and the other end was tied to the tree house.
And when you go on the zip line you go over the small creek, on to the big field and land right into this really soft wall that yOuR supposed to grab on to. Other wise you bounce back so fast that you get stuck over the creek.
So if yOu accedently get stuck over the creek. Someone on the other side pulls the rop and yOuR back on to the feild.
A kid did that once. We had to have a parent pull the rope back so he wasnt stuck there forever. smile
They also had a cannon and it was the loudest cannon you will ever hear.
But you guys probally think "Oh a stupid cannon"
but they amed it so it was faceing the mountian.
And it went OVER THE MOUNTIAN!!! and it was a pretty small cannon. but the cannon ball went OVER THE MOUNTIAN!!
it was a tiny dot by the time that thing caught air!!
They also had this huge thing that was taller than the cabin Mantion!!!
Its where the put you in a harness.
They the attach the harness with a caribeaner.
To this sling shot thing. But you dont get flung off. You stay on it.
Its perfectly safe no ones ever gotten hurt
and they've been doing this for a long long time!!
Its kind of like this rubber band thing. exsept they use Huge ropes. That strech like rubber. So its reusible.
And when you get in it. They have to use 7 to 10 Dads that pull u back as far as they can pull you. Then they all let go. And you fling like something on a rubber band thats attached to a sling shot but you stay on it.
It goes back and forth. And they untach you when it slows to a stop.
It was so MUCH FUN!!!
I wish Alex was there with me.
