Why won't you HELP?



I have just gotten onto Gaia, and let me say, it isn't as cool as I thought it would be. Where's the anime? and why do I have to spend REAL money sometimes? I can't believe this place sometimes. and everything is sooo tiny, how can I change my avatar the way I want it without being able to see it?
