Yesterday I had a very good day. Instead of going, like usually on Monday, to school I went to a workshop. All about Ayurveda and the brand Utsukusy (a Japanese beauty/welth brand). It was interesting. How I got free from school? In the Netherlands you can get free if you go a whole day with someone who works to see what he/she does. I went with my mother, like she says "It's for product-knowledge".
In Ayurveda there are 3 skintypes:
-Vata
-Pitta
-Kapha
Kapha is in me the strongest, but Pitta is very close to Kapha. It's about your habits and your skin type. (greasy/dry skin etc.)
I got an oil of Pitta, to massage or oil myself xd You can put oil on yourself, and then shower or put it in your bath.
First I tried Kapha at the workshop, but I felt tired of it. (Kapha is people who do things slowly and relaxed etc. while Pitta is more power). Pitta felt warm (it makes you have a good blood-circulation).
My mother also bought the Chocolat line. Since my neck hurt, I used an muscle (?) relaxing Chocolate oil. It feels wonderful... and now my neck smells like chocolat~!!! Very badly~!! I smell like a Chocolatery. eek blaugh
After we were done, we went to the sea. My mother and I were in a place called "Scheveningen", and the sea was so close, we walked to it.
It was windy, and slightly cold. But the air was so clean, and everything felt wonderful.
We walked over the beach, and picked up shells. My mother said I was like a little child, all giggling and laughing, picking up shells and saying "I haven't been here since I was like 5/6~!!" It's true... it's been such a long time since I was on the beach.
Afterwards we went to an Italian restaurant. It was very nice and cozy. One of the people there didn't speak Dutch, only Italian and a bit English (Only Italians in this restaurant..HURRAY~!! xD). He sang a lot, and was very happy o.o Kinda weird to see... I tried not to laugh very hard xD ...Bad me <.< xD
