What is love?
Something gushy, and romantic?
How about exicting and fun?
Plain and boring?
Or do you just know,
he is the one?
Everyone says they have a true love,
someone to hold on to when sad.
Someone to give themselves to uncondtionally,
and no charges or change.
I wish I had someone,
out there for me.
But as the years go by,
I lose hope for he.
And as I lose sight,
of light in my world.
I think about who he might be,
or if he exists at all.
