Tikva Emunah Age 23 Tikva's grandfather had been one of those brilliant mages who decided he wanted to try and be a dragon. So...he went and gave himself the scales, the eyes, the wings....generally made himself into a humanoid dragon. And much to Tikva's dislike, she's inherited some of those traits. Her hair and eyes are silver-white, and the eyes are slit-pupiled. To her relief, there are no secondary eyelids. She checked over her lifetime...Numerous times. She has a high metabolism, which leads to a high appetite and a weakness to poisons. Because she processes things faster, it gets into her bloodstream faster. Otherwise...she's resistant to illness (something that made skipping school rather hard), and seems to be just fine in cold weather wearing pants, boots, and a long-sleeved tunic. And they don't need to be heavy weight. Tikva is an Empath, both receptive and projective. She tends to keep her emotions under tight control, and has learned to use her Empathy as a weapon...Pain is an emotion, after all. She also tends to not make lasting emotional bonds with people...Last time she did that, she couldn't keep her sister's emotions out of her. To say the least, Tikva LIKES being an individual. Which comes to her next gift... Healing. Tikva is a talented Healer, but she prefers to not have that be known. Why? She doesn't like having to touch people. She's a rather private person to begin with...and her time in the Aizen Infantry just cemented that. The same mentality that keeps her hiding her abilities from those who don't need to know keeps her rather....anxious and wary in crowds. She's not paranoid, she's just not social at all. Oh, she's polite, calm, and reserved...But not personable. There's rarely any warmth to her, and even then it's awkward... But you know you've gotten into her heart when she starts being sarcastic and witty with you.
Tikva is 5'8", lean and wiry, and tan. Her hands have the callouses that come with being skilled in swordplay, and she's not what you would call...soft. Her features are sharp, and she usually looks rather emotionless or grumpy. Her hair reaches her waist in a braid, with her bangs hanging just above her eyes. Her clothing and accessories are usually in black and silver, or dark red and gold, and are rather standard 'swordswoman' fare...tunic, trews, bodice, tabard, cloak, boots, things like that. To see Tikva in a skirt is RARE.
