Most jewelry nuts buy their jewelry at stores like anchor blue, claires, hot topic, etc. Other buy at fancy retail stores like Macy's, the diamond store (for the true retail store jewelry nut) Dillard's, etc. So if you want to become one with jewelry, follow this advice and more.
