Alone, an empty soul wanders
Forlorn and consumed
A tortured ghost looking for a place to die
But death never comes
Forever thrown through life
Forever falling through love
An undying shadow in a world of light
A soul searches for one to make it real
And should it never find the one,
That soul shall forever be naught but a shadow
Wandering lost through the sun
The light that burns like the love
That can't be found
Without that love, even the strongest of souls
Become as lost as a dying star,
As void as a dead man's gaze
And yet all love is like the light itself...
It soon fades into darkness
And in the fading light
So fades all shadows....
