so like the wild west they decided on the best way to get an outlaw
its called a bounty, and this guy has an 8 dollar one
he is a fish that eats salmon pups
he is a snarky sneaky evil little fish
but if he is 9 inches or longer you can get the bounty
and i just heard about a fellow who earned 52.000 bucks in the last 4 months
thats when the bounty came out BTW
