The other day (last Saterday) I went to a marching competion and there were about 21 bands there. Our band placed 4th and only 8 bands could place. 4 out of 21....not bad...not band. Best part of that day was when my usaully high-strung band director ran up to me like a giddy school girl and slapped me on the back and "YELLED GOOD JOB!" and ran off. Tuesday we have another band competion at Paragould.
