Seth Corvin used to be a normal 16 year old, living a simple life, hoping to become a doctor, and most of the time taking care of his girlfriend Angela Summers. Seth suffered from a Neural dicease, which was destroying his body's ability of sending normal brain signals. His father Henry Corvin was a very important scientist envolved in the Bio-genetic industry, who spent half of his time to find a cure for his son using Bio-genetic technology. Henry manage to develop a Crystal that would be ingerted in Seth's chest and it will reconstruct Seth's electroliquid funtions so his brain cells will be able to signal normally. The surgery was succesfull, but after 2 months, the Crystal in Seth's Chest mutated with his Neural System, creating exesive electricity in his body. Henry runned out of options, but miracously, Seth's body mutated as well, not only Seth was inmune to the exesive electricity, his was able to control this energy and manipulate it as he pleases. Without thinking, Herny transformed his son into a a half human, half electric specimen. When Henry's superiors heard this discovery, Henry was murdered and they took over his work. Seth and Angela were kidnaped to a military base were they exploited Seth's abilities in experiments and used Angela's life as insurance of Seth's cooperation. When a military conflict took place, the base was abandoned, leaving Seth behind and unconcious while Angela was nowhere to be found. When Seth wakes up from a nightmare where he was enjoying his time with Angela and someone takes her away from him, he sees the destruction around him, his eyes light up in anger, and only one thing on his mind, where's his girl?
