heart November 8th heart
I am so glad that this is my last year of college and my last family weekend. This family weekend sucked. sad . The school had budget cuts so they had to do without stuff and lowered the quality of such events.
Last year on Friday night, they had cocktail hour, followed by a dinner which served good dessert and had raffles. This year, no cocktail hour, followed by a dinner served with horrible dessert and no raffles. The only highlight of the night was a 10-20 second performance by the Blue Man Group. We left early.
Today was the tailgate. Last year they had ribs, buffalo wings, etc. This year hot dogs and hamburgers. The drinks sucked as well. But i'm not a big drinker any way. This year my parents friends showed up as well as our lawyer and his co-worker. My dad's friend showed up for 5 minutes.
Anyhow, after the tailgate we went to my dad's friend's place for drinks and pizza. I had a few sips of a watermellon martini, a small glass of beer, and a white russian. Argh.... (i'm 22 just to let you know).
Other then that, nothing else is going on.
