This is my first Journal entry and have to make it something good, so I'm going to talk about something that has bugged me for a while.

Those people who got Hacked and lost all their gold / iteims.

I'm always left wondering the same question,

How did you get hacked?

the answer is probably one of two,

1.) They figured out my password
2.) They scammed me into giving them my password

*There could be more but I haven't heard anything other than this.

If this is the case then I'm left with a new question (one for each answer)

1.) How did they figure out your password (why don't you have a strong one? as in some that is more than ten characters and includes letters, numbers, and exclamation marks)

2.) WHY DID YOU GIVE THEM YOUR PASSWORD!!!!!! (Gaia doesn't need your password they can enter your account with or without it!!!!)

Most of the time they can't answer these questions very well, however it doesn't change the fact that they are looking for people that are kind enough to donate, which is fine.....except.....

It's in Gaia's policy that they will restore your account back to the way it was before you were hacked as long as you fill out the report, yeah it may take a while and their may be other minor conditions but all and all it seems to me that you don't need to beg cause eventually your gonna get your iteims back.

So if anyone could please clear up my confusion that would be awesome!
