Shadows began to drop down from the clouds. A citadel materialized in the darkening sky as several more Jonin appeared. "What's going on, 'ttebbayo?" Uzumaki Naruto asked, his eyes scanning the sky. The shadows became soldiers, armored and armed. Katanas, naigatas, spears, and crossbows, were within the mass approaching Konohagakure. Five spheres of light shot though the clouds, landing several hundred feet from Jaice, Kenrai, Fuuma, and Ino. "Check that out!!" Fuuma said, sounding elated. "Good idea," Uchiha Sasuke said quietly, as he materialized beside Fuuma. "Do it," the ANBU ninja said. Sasuke had been made ANBU some time ago by the Fifth Hokage.
Jaice, Kenrai, and Ino nodded. They went to the location where the lights had landed, near the village square. Jaice reached it first, focusing on the armor, which faded and was replaced by his normal clothing in a flickering flare of dark blue light. "Weird," he muttered.
