The information outlined below differs a bit from my IRL money terms
WHAT I WILL AND WON'T DRAW
Will draw (but not limited to):
humans (avies or OCs or pretty much anything else are ok), anthros (full or light), creatures, tasteful nudity
Will NOT draw (but not limited to):
explicitly sexual situations (no boners or anything, if it's not allowed on deviantArt, i'm not drawing it), insanely complicated characters (Example), inflated or very obese characters (fat characters are fine, just not to the point where they're like a huge blob of lard with nubs for extremities), male pregnancy, mecha/machines/very inorganic things (maybe a body part or two would be ok, PM me to ask), overly huge muscles (if you're not sure if your character fits into one of these categories, send me a PM and i'll take a look :3) (sorry if some of this fetishy stuff sounds really weird, but some of the people who commission me are weird, so there, lol.)
Might draw (but not limited to):
characters clearly copyrighted by others if they're fairly well known or you have explicit permission - also depends on the situation (i probably won't be doing any slash),
please keep in mind that everything will be drawn and painted in my style, do not ask for something realistic or done in the style or another artist.
ART USAGE
you are buying the artwork, not the rights to it. that means you may not reproduce or derive anything from my work unless you have permission from me, although making an extra copy for yourself is just fine. you may not profit from my work. posting your finished commission on you Gaia, DeviantArt, Myspace etc. is just fine, just please do not remove the watermark, and i'd appreciate a link back to my gaia or dA page :3
i will not make prints of your commission if it contains your gaia avey/gaia items, an OC or copywritten character, if you have me create something for you, however, i do reserve the right to make prints in the future (an example would be you having me draw a blue sea dragon, but not any particular blue sea dragon character/species created by you or someone else).
TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETION
keep in mind that i have a few commissions i'm already working on at the moment, so they'll probably be taking top priority. otherwise, ACEO commissions usually have a pretty fast turnaround, but depending on how inspired i am, they can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple months, so just keep in touch if you think it's taking a while, it'll get done, promise :3
if you need it done by a certain date, however, you might have to bribe me a bit heart
