Element : The element of time is one of wisdom and mystery, associated with the shaman path and the powerful forces that slowly shape the world. Time seeks balance in all things, and has no pity, effecting all things the same, constantly bringing change. It is a complex element, both too slow to be noticable, and yet constantly racing past, uncatchable.
Animal : Long legged, lean birds of the water, Cranes are poised, sophisticated, refined, and elegant. They chase down prey by running, flapping their wings for balance and speed. Though beautiful to look at, their call can be harsh and grating. In some cultures, they are associated with unadorned honesty.
Summary : the Time Crane is a master of balance, understanding the fluidity of all things and how they interract. It sees the truth in all things by not making assumptions, keeping its eyes and mind open to every new idea. It tries to be completely honest, but considering that it sees every side of an argument, has difficulty keeping its explanations simple.
