i feel the need to protect you from me
the closer our bond
the more i hurt you

but i must turn away
for the fear of hurting you
kills me inside
the more desprate your pleas the more i restrain
i feel the need to push you away
at least thats what im best at
the farther away the better
im no good at love i whisper softly
but still you stay true to me
no matter how much i stray
whats the use of dening my love for you
i need you, want you, and dream of you
theres no getting you off my mind
