Today I got a 6 on my beep test! I was tired but I stopped because 6 was an easy round number to remember and beat next time but I felt as though I could have kept going!
I don't like doing the beep test as it's results tend to vary everytime I do it. One day 5.5 the next barely 3.8. Today I was surprised as I hadn't done any exercise but because the house was so hot I sat outside for the breeze. On a whim I set up my speakers on the front lawn and pulled off a half hearted 6!
My advice. Iron is the thing to win.
