I've got a lovely bunch of budgies?
Lies.
At what point do you begin to believe your own lies?
The little ones you tell to yourself?

Why is it that I believe mine own lies?
I keep telling myself I will change.
I have changed. But I haven't.
It's going to be alright.
And in my mind, it is alright.
In reality it is far from alright.
