*head spins* i feel like im going to pass out O_O i need mark crying i im falling apart inside and out

music usually makes me smile, but not now.....even singing isnt making me smile.....ive never sang with a frown before

even the volume up high, i can still hear the thoughts scrambling in my head

my heart is thumbing, fast and painfully
my eyes burn as they fill with tears, but they still feel so dry
my tummy aches, i feel nauseous
my head is spinning, feels like its going to explode
my troat is sore, my mouth is tastless, my lips are dry but soft and smooth
my back and neck hurt
i feel a tingly sensation throughout my entire body

my head is pounding!
.....my heart.....is cracking
