Losing people always hurts but sometimes the pain is greater when you realize you stopped caring, even if it was only for a millisecond. The idea that you excepted that they were leaving and that wasn't changing can make the pain grow. For a few seconds I just stopped caring. I decided i couldn't change it I should just get over it. And then, seconds later, I realized I couldn't accept it. So the pain is heavy, though I hope someday soon I get a call from my best friend, then I know its not all over, not all the past. I couldn't stand to lose another friend. Especially not this one.
