This is a poem I wrote partially about someone I love very much.
I see your eyes
You’re staring into forever again aren’t you?
Are you searching for something?
Something you can’t find in me?
I wish I knew what it was.
Why don’t you tell me
What you’re looking for
Maybe together we can find it
Faster than you can alone
Why not give it a shot?
Come on my little butterfly
Let us fly away together
Please don’t be afraid
Just take my hand
What are you waiting for?
Come on, come on!
Follow me and it will all be okay
I’ll protect you whatever happens
Let’s go to forever together
It’ll be more fun that way.
I don’t know what you’re looking for
I might not be able to help you find that long lost thing
I may be of little use
Maybe none at all
But I’ll try anyway!
