Uncle Troung
1970 - 2009
He died of a heart attack.
He complained of chest pain at 1 a.m.
His wife said they should call the emergency room.
He said no, because he was scared to be charged a high fee.
So about 1:30 a.m., he has a heart attack.
His wife's foreign and doesn't know any English.
So her mistake was to call her friend to take them to the hospital.
She didn't know how to call 911.
Their friend didn't arrive until about 5 a.m.
Three hours after his attack.
When they arrived at the emergency room at 5:30,
the doctors said he died about half an hour ago.

He left behind two children and his loving wife.
A 4 year old daughter, and a 7 year old boy.
