acumalation of words over time of which will just .. destroy , boil , or make me burst into sadness. [ constant update ]

when i reflect on my day or on a bad event .. which was or has been intense
the words which speak true hurt . like character words , mine are lazy , selfish ect . it destroys me along with the emotion of the event can most often break me down.

dont ask why i skip meals .. makes me rember why. i norm skip breakfast. but lunch and dinner i skip sometimes due to issues which arise and which ******** with my emotion , throwing me off cooking , eating or cleaning
