By forming a single seal and thinking of their purpose with the bell, they can make it's ring do almost anything, even kill. But, it drains quite a bit of energy from the user. If that person doesn't have the needed energy to supply, they die.]

Personality// Due to her living conditions, Suzu is a tad spoiled. Occasionally she can be seen stealing for what she wants with no regards to the distress she causes others. Besides that though, she is quiet and well-mannered. Although, this doesn't tend to show through as she can be scared of loud people and doesn't talk much.
Bio// Suzu's parents were limited on how many children they could have. Not by, law, but by her mother's health. The woman was only able to birth one child, and after that, was forbid from having another, due to the huge risk of both her and any future child's death. So, the couple hoped to have a son who they could pass the clan on to. Much to their disappointment, though, all they got was a beautiful baby girl. They named her Suzu, naming her that since it was a tradition in their clan to ring bells at a baby's birth. Ashamed at not getting a son, the couple decided to hide Suzu from the world. So, they put the little girl in the attic of the house, letting her have what she wanted and surrounding her with things that would keep her busy. All the meals were brought up to Suzu, and a bathroom was in a small room off to the side.
Due to all this, her parents were successful in keeping the little girl from the world. No windows were located nearby, so she didn't know how expansive that world was. Her parents rarely ever talked to her, only when necessary. They had a servant deliver anything the girl wanted while another servant secretly taught her various ninja techniques. But, as she grew, that wasn't enough for her. Curiosity began to pull her apart. She wanted to see more than the cluttered room that her parents confined her to. However, she behaved as she was taught to, and never left the room. So, it was no surprise that when her parents died on the girl's fourteenth birthday, she knew nothing of it. The servant stopped bringing food, and she didn't know what to do. The sink had tap water, which let her stay hydrated. There was dried food that had been stockpiled long ago by her parents, "Just in case of an emergency" they had told her, with their sad faces.
So, for almost a year, Suzu lived off of dried meat, vegetables, and tap water. Rather dull in her opinion, though. The girl began to become bored with re-reading her books over again, and the food ran out. Deciding there was nothing better to do, on her fifteenth birthday, Suzu kicked open the door blocking her from the world and sneaked out of her house, not even recognizing the stains on the floor as blood. The young woman didn't even know she was stealing when she walked off with a ton of food and books without paying. Suzu thought that her parents had set it all up for her. So, back in her house she went, with fresh food and water aplenty. Although, in recent times, that food she stole began to ran out, so she has been wondering whether she should take more from the "outside world".
