Random Stories This journal will soon be filled with all of my random stories that pop into my head while I'm working online. Most of these will be dreams, because I can't come up with stories randomly. I hope you enjoy reading them, they're all very strange.

Last night's dream was very strange. I dreamed that I was in a large white complex, all of the walls were the same maddening color, white. I was wearing a long black cloak with my standard blank black T-shirt. I felt exposed, like a black spider on a white wall. I had a deck of cards in my hand, the ones that I had made the night before. I started walking, looking around for any signs of an exit, but there was none. When I reached the end of the first hallway, I turned around and walked the other way, the place was a maze of corridors and empty rooms. I felt like I would go mad at this rate, but I heard noises coming from one of the rooms. When I found the door, I pushed it open and saw a young girl in a ..... you can guess...... white dress. She looked up at me and smiled sweetly, showing me some kind of drawing. It was a perfect depiction of me. She had every detail right, the color of my hair, the pale face and dark brown eyes, complimented by the hair. I stared at it for a minute, wondering how this girl could know what I looked like before I had even entered the room. She giggled, and turned back to her work, coloring another part of a different person. I turned to leave, then I looked back at the girl, hard at work in her drawing. Sighing, I left the room, looking for the exit again. I continued through dead ends and empty rooms. The walls had begun to turn a shade of brown, and I took it as a sign that I was getting closer. Hurrying now, I ran through a random door, bursting into a room that was my bedroom. The bed was neatly made, and a small lump rose in the middle. It looked as if it was breathing, due to the steady rise and fall of the covers. When I started to pull the covers down, I heard a growl, a small, evil, menacing growl that chilled my spine and almost made me run out the door in fear. Stopping what I was doing, I backed out of the room slowly, shutting the door as quietly as I could. The second the lock clicked, I heard scratching and grunting on the other side. I listened for a second, and the scratching became more frantic, starting to tear off pieces of the wooden door. Another growling sound came from down the hallway, and another scratching sound came from the door on the far end of where I had just come. I heard a click, and something big and dark fall out of the room. It looked up, and I saw yellow eyes, gleaming with pure malice and hate. Just at the sight of them my limbs became concrete, and I couldn't move. The thing stood up, walking on all fours, it started toward me, keeping its eyes locked to mine. Some unseen force began to tell me: "Run, Tony, Run!" I tried to heed it, but the eyes seemed to hypnotize me, and I remained rooted to the spot. It was closer now, I could hear loud huffing breathes, the kind that come from someone who has trouble breathing. The voice said again, more urgent this time: "run, dammit, run!" This time my will broke the hypnotic stare of the thing, and I turned and ran, making sure not to look back. The thing in my room had broken down the door, and was following its companion. My chest heaved, and my muscles began to tire, I was slowing down. The things behind me were gaining steadily, their clawed feet scraping the wood floor. I turned one time to look at them clearly, and found that same thing root me to the ground again. I fought it with all I had left, but I was tired from running, and I couldn't get away. Just as the things caught and tackled me, I woke up in a cold sweat.
