A great anime and manga done by the magnificent artist known as "Oh! Great"
This beautiful creation was shot down mid-way through the story due to insufficient funding or it was just scrapped due to low sales in Japan. But if you asked me or my friends, this story should be completed, as it is in the manga. The opening is also one of my favorites, it's titled chain, and I believe it is in my selection of songs on my profile.
If you like comedy, action, skating, and some risque scenarios, then this manga/anime may be just for you! I highly recommend it!
