Track started yesterday! Whoop! We got to run in the rain, today, as well. Here's what we did:

warm-up stretches
2x800
400
weight-training inside
6x25 sit-ups (different kinds)
That's just about it. Track practices don't run nearly as long as my swimming practices, but I'm not complaining about it.
