Tuesday, March 10, 2009 Hello, again. It's me, your slouched over, silent creeper, hoping you've been having a good day so far. Track started yesterday! Whoop! We got to run in the rain, today, as well. Here's what we did: 1600 warm-up stretches 2x800 400 weight-training inside 6x25 sit-ups (different kinds) That's just about it. Track practices don't run nearly as long as my swimming practices, but I'm not complaining about it. -Entry by Hallow-H I don't know what else to say. Sorry.
