Hair: Black with a long stripe of white that runs from the middle of his forehead all the way back. He hair is slightly wild, but is controlled enough so it lay's straight down with only a few "spikes" here and there.
Eyes: A Dark Cyan
Clothing: He wear's black Shinobi shoes. His feet are bound in cloth that lines, tightly, up to the bottom of his knee's. He wear's a pair of black pants that are bound underneath his cloth. They have a symbol, similar to a half twisted Yin-Yang (take the black or white part, and twist so it looks like 2 swirls converging at the large part, and without the dot's) which is his families crest. Half way down his thigh, on the right side, he has his ninja holster, holding Kunai and Shuriken. He wears a black shirt with a black over-armor, similar to that of an ANBU but black, and on the back of it is his crest. Around his neck is a scarf with the two ends hanging on either side. The scarf is black and white, half-and-half, making one end white, and the other black. His shirt ends with his armor, thus leaving his shoulder uncovered. He wear's long forearm gloves, that are black, that are only covered with metal at the fingers, back of the hand, and around the wrist to protect the Carpals. He wear's a face mask, like Kakashi. On his back he wore two swords, in an 'X' fashion.
Physical Description: He has a pale toned skin, though it does not make him look dead. His hair falls limply around his shoulder's and face. He stands tall and straight at all times, unless completely tired, in the middle of a stance, or is depressed. He likes to twiddle his finger's, as if playing with something in them, while in deep thought.
~Background~
He was born and raised in the City Hidden in the Clouds, Kumogakure. He trained under the Raikage for 3 month's to get the hand of some lighting based Jutsu, of which his city is known for mastering. He was close friends with Killer Bee until he became a Jounin, putting him in charge of Squad's and such. He is an active Ninja, and has a loyal nature. As a child he was wealthy. His clan has a great power. They held a spot with in the Village hierarchy, until they were mysteriously slaughtered, leaving only him and a few alive. He was treated as though he was 4 until he became a Chuunin. At that time, his clan felt as though he was ready to defend himself, and the village with no problem. Due to this, he is aware of his surroundings at all times, to prevent an occurrence similar to what happened to him, happen ever again.
~Personality~
He is a very loyal person, in both duty and friendship. He is outgoing for the most part, but becomes semi-serious in battle. His past has made him partly insane. When in battle it tends to slip out in a odd fashion. He loves to help and spend time with friends. He loves to eat and sleep, and lives by those very essential needs saying, "All else in not important to live; Friendship, Love, anything. Only food and sleep." Though this applies only to his essential needs.

He loves all animals, and especially Panda's.

User becomes a clone made of pure light, effectively blinding the enemy. Only applies if enemy executes a stab move, stationary slash, or weapon throw (Which will make the blinding lessen). Any moving slashes (The attacker runs, slashes, and continues) will be unaffected.
Ranpu Seichuu no Jutsu - Lamp Image - Ninjutsu - B RANK
User moves quickly, leaving after images that dissipate after 30 seconds, or if needing to become a decoy, minutes. When used for a decoy, only one can be kept up for the 5 minute cap. Multiple images, such as 10, can only be held for a cap of 20 seconds, each. When focusing on one image, the cap is 5 minutes. Images are controlled like normal clones, and the maximum range from the user is about 150ft.
Yami Zetsumei Kichikukan Bakudan - Dark Death Destruction Bomb - ninjutsu - S RANK (Teachable)
A small or massive orb, depends on chakra control, of a dark matter forms in the palm of the user. It can be thrown, slammed, or pushed into the target. The dark orb is made of a small amount of Dark Matter and chakra. It creates a large explosion when used. This is induced by extreme chakra control, by manipulating it so that you can induce a spontaneous combustion of the chakra and Dark Matter.

A small or massive orb, depends on chakra control, of a light matter forms in the palm of the user. It can be thrown, slammed, or pushed into the target. The orb of light is essentially, just that, a bundle of light particles, that when hit against a target, with blow outwards, dealing great damage to the opponent. Mirrors are the only true way to deflect the move.
Meian Zetsumei Kichikuan Bakudan - Light and Dark Death Destruction Bomb - Ninjutsu - SS RANK (Unteachable)
An orb, of various sizes, of dark and light matter form in the users palm. It is a devastating attack that can be thrown and used in taijutsu moves and styles. This style of attack is usable by only the most expert in chakra control. It takes the manipulation of the Dark Matter, Light Particles, and chakra and allows that user, if he is able to, to shape the the initial orb around parts of the body to effectively enhance the attack.

The Abekobeai is the bloodline trait of the Uzu Family. The first stage, just the Abekobeai, allows the user to see two things; Blood Flow and Pressure points. When the Genkai stage is activated, the user can create a realm, rather an area, that treats the user's body as a voodoo doll. Any point of pain, or contact of any sort, is relayed to the target's nervous system, making them feel his/her pain, though it does not create the wound on the opponent, if one was made on the user. That is its only fault. The final stage, Ametsuchi, does what the second does, but nullifies pain for the user and allows the user to use the 'hard fist style' to disable the opponent in blinding speed, by way of pressure points, needles and blood flow. There is, however, a fault. When the user activates this, he can become unaware to any injuries inflicted against him and his vision becomes only the Circulatory Stystem, Pressure points (dots), and gray blob's(objects).
