people break up many different ways.
some break up over the internet some over the phone some in person, heck i've had some one break up with me using there friends. the point is they have there own reasons for breaking up the way they did. maybe they were scared to do it in person, or they just didn't want to hurt your feelings. either way people shouldn't be so picky about how they get broken up.
there is actually nothing wrong with the way someone breaks up with you.
if you think about it there is actually no reason for anyone to be so childish and complain about how he/she got broken up with. and other people don't need to but in and just assume that there a bad person for breaking up the way they did.

but i do think that you should be mature when doing it.it's not really a game. if it is to you then you aren't even having a real relationship.
