I'm obsessed with garlic...
I love it, it's my favorite flavor when it comes to cooking.
I like the smell of a roasted garlic clove being sweated in a pan with some butter and mushrooms to make a nice creamy sauce but .. as they say that's another story
What you need:
1/3 cup Garlic Valley Farms Garlic Juice (or another garlic juice if you like)
If you would rather use crushed garlic use 2 cloves FINELY MINCED)
1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
How you make it:
Mix butter until fluffy. While beating add the garlic juice, then slowly add the rest of the ingredients.
Store in refrigerator in a covered jar or covered container.
You can use this on a lot of things!
