Your photobucket video:
Add &ap=1 at the end of your url and add it to your gaia media panel.
Same goes for the classic veiw profiles. Here's an example:

Your youtube video:
Add &autoplay=1 at the end of your youtube url. It should work. Here's an example:
http://www.youtube.com/v/8TlSHAVCtes&hl=en&fs=1&autoplay=1
For some media, all you have to change is related to autoplay. You can probably do that to the youtube url. Some are very similar.
Your veoh video:
Change autoplay=0 to autoplay=1. Here's an example:
http://www.veoh.com/static/swf/webplayer/WebPlayer.swf?version=AFrontend.5.4.2.6.1001&permalinkId=v1431241MaCJthyz&player=videodetailsembedded&videoAutoPlay=1&id=anonymous
