This dish is called "Linsensuppe", the leo-online-dictionary told me that it is called lentil soup but I doubt that is right._."
You need: 350g lenses 500g pork chops 2liters of water 500g potatoes 1 bundle of soup greens Salt 1 clove of garlic 1 teaspoon thyme 1 bundle of parsley (tiny cut, hack, however u say it - it has to be cut tiny xD) 3 sausages some vinegar
How you do it: First of all you need TIME.. the lenses need to "bath" in the Water for 12-24 hours. Yes you heard right, 12 to 24 hours. So you will possibly start at the next day with cooking ^-^
Do not put away the water, because you need it.Put in the pork chops and simmer the lenses and the chops together until it is almost soft. While that, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes and wash them. Same goes to the soup greens. When the chops and lenses are almost soft put in the potatoes, the soup green and the sausages and flavour the soup with the salt, the garlic clove(cut it small), the thyme and the vinegar. If everything is cooked ready, take out the pork chops and cut it into cubes/ stripes what you like more and get rid of the bones. Then put it back to the soup. Put on the parsley when you got it on a dish.
