You need: 1,5kg potatoes 3 packages of meatsalad - each 200 to 250 g 1 small glass of gerkins 5-6 eggs 2 teaspoons of mustard salt pepper
How you do it: First cook the potatoes and the eggs, but not in the same pot smile ! Do not peel the potatoes, they have to be peeled after they have been cooked slowly on a low heat.That will be a long process. You have to cook the eggs hard.
After the potatoes are ready wait until they got cold, same with the eggs, because you do not want to have salmonellas, right? Peel the potatoes and slice them in a half. If you have big potatoes quarter them. Put those little pieces in a big bowl. Then add the whole meat salad and look if the eggs got cold. If they are cold, peel them too and then you have to cut cubes, not too small ones though. Add them to the bowl and do the same with the spice-cucumbers after you sliced them. Now add two teaspoons of mustard and add some salt and pepper how you like it. Don't forget to mix everything!
Tips: If you want to decorate the salad, put quartered tomatoes and eggs on it. You have to keep that salad in the fridge, if it gets too warm you can get salmonellas because of the mayonnaise in the meatsalad.
