Pokémon: Mew
Atributes: Can fly (wooo!), has a tail and ears like Mew's (that she hides) and her hair and eyes turn pink at random times, most injuries heal relatively quickly, and she can teleport, among other unknown things she will figure out.
Personality: Very kind and nice, very adventerous and helpful. Due to the personality of Mew she now enjoys a game of hide and seek and loves tag. She loves playing.
Occupation: Pokemon Historian (in training)
What you are doing in the area: She ran away from home when weird things began happening to her and ran away before her mother could put two and two together. She still talks to her mother on the phone.
Extra: She can't swim. She never sings anything with words.

Atributes: No matter where she goes, she has pale white skin, soft green eyes, and a pink flower in her hair
Personality: Quiet, (When known well) Silly, baby like, clingy, drowsy alot.
Occupation: Coordinator, she has an Umbreon, and a Togepi that rides in the hood of her jacket.
What you are doing in the area: She's a jr. Nurse, certified by the Foundation in Kanto. She traveled from town to town. Eventually, after she found people we're searching for her kind, she began to run. She ended up.....With no home. She stays in the Pokemon Center's, Nurse joy was the only one she could trust, she raised Miyako from when She was a baby.
Extra: She has no family, well......she did. They left her. They couldn't handle her. They abandoned her. She grew up, with a nurse. So she's very curious, don't hate her for it. She can get into some insane situations....Well, alot really. Her hair is black with green streaks in it. She is usually wearing the picture clothes. But starting, she's wearing dark skinny fit jeans, with pale pink boots with a white fuzzy lining. She has on a long sleeve shirt, and a black jacket. Her hat is a large loose beanie, that holds her hair, and her black and green bangs frame her face. The hat has a pink flower on it.

Atributes: Can shift the landscape to open doors to places several miles away
(as long as he has a specific place in mind) and can use aura sphere and Hydro Cannon.
Personality: Is a mild, shy person, in battle is merciless and brutal. If confronted in a fight will not hesitate to use his power.
Occupation: Works as a trainer, is very powerful

Name: Carnamew Twono
Region: Wanders around multiple areas, but mainly stays in Sinnoh
Pokémon: Mewtwo
Attributes: Telekinesis, Telepathy, Teleportation, and many other psychic manipulations. Wears a labcoat during the day, and trains his psychic mind during the nighttime, as well as invent. He hides his head in a hood most of the time when in public. Carnamew has purple eyes, and wears gloves with two fingers and a thumb appendage.
Personality: Cold hearted, vicious, and mainly spends his time researching on the other Legendary Pokémon. He doesn't trust anyone, and wants to create a new world in where he rules.
Occupation: Scientist, Inventor
What you are doing in the area: Stalking other wandering Pokémon, but acting as a normal Humanoid.
Extra: He loves to invent, and will not stop until he has it right. He hides his form amongst a labcoat, but becomes his true form whenever he wants to. He always carries a spoon on him, you never know when he might need it. He also works his talents in a Power suit

Reigon: Originally she came from Orre, but she traveled to Hoenn and is now on the move once more.
Pokémon: Suicune
Atributes: Quin can make any water pure, and freeze a certain radius around her into ice. She has no need to breathe underwater and can control it to a certain extent although she is better with ice. Her hair turns blue or purple when she is tired or in a bad mood and she has triangular markings on her forehead which she hides with her bangs.
Personality: Quin first appears to be an average soft spoken, reserved individual but is in reality an extremely proud person who hates making mistakes. She when she talks, she is usually polite and she stutters when she is nervous. Only on occasion will she become very upset.
Occupation: She’s a semi-experienced pokemon trainer that doesn’t really care about badges or any of that. She is just extremely competitive when it comes to battling. Her favorites are an Epseon and a Houndoom.
What you are doing in the area: Looking for something to do, whether it’s a battle, a job, or a vacation.
Extra: She is slightly klutzy anywhere but in the water or on the ice. Call her Quin because she won’t answer to anything else, and never try to force her into a dress but skirts are fine. Her expression is usually disinterested, satisfied or stubborn.

Atributes: Can grant wishes, fly, has a third eye on her stomach, and can use psychic moves.
Personality: Kind, a bit childish, friendly.

Reigon: Lives in Fiore, but travels around a lot
Pokémon: Lugia
Atributes: Flies, can stay underwater for long periods of time, can use any of Lugia's attacks. Can do telekinetics, but generally avoids using that capability because of how often she breaks things that way. Most of the time appears normal except for some blue streaks in her hair and down feathers continuing down her back from her hair, but will sprout a tail and blue back flaps, as well as more feathers, if she wants to, or is using her powers heavily and not thinking about it.
Personality: She's curious, sometimes in the “curiosity killed the meowth” sort of way. Some people call her a goof-off because she's not above playing video games when she gets bored, but she's all business when she has to be. Generally quiet, but she will chew out people being super-idiotic or downright mean.
Occupation: Rank 7 Ranger. She used to be a trainer and traveled every region, then decided she would rather be a ranger since she wasn't a fan of battles and her luck usually put her on the bad guys dangerous side anyway. Since then she has completed a number of missions, and has gained a decent amount of respect from the other rangers.
What you are doing in the area: She's officially on a Mission- there have been a growing number of reports of people showing characteristics of legendary pokemon in this area,more so than anywhere else and the Union wants to know what's going on-but her legendary side is also telling her "this is where the answers are."
Extra: She's pretty short. Will eat huge amounts of ice cream if she gets the chance and is looking for the best ice cream in the world. She's also really into astronomy.

Atributes: She can switch to her Giratina form at will and can open up portals to the Reverse World. She's able to hover or fly, depending on her moods. The happier she is, the better she is at flight.
Personality: She has two different personailties, one being sweet and kind while the other is sarcastic and violent. Either way, she's still all around fun with humorous tid bits.
Occupation: Capturing other legendaries in Giratina's alter ego, and breeding pokemon under the name Kokoro.

Atributes: Incredible speed and Lahti can slightly levitate as of now. He's also developing the ability to detect the locations and emotions of others using telepathy, and make foes see images he has seen or what he imagines in his head. (Totally copy-pasted from Bulba. Lulz ) Physically, strange markings have appeared on his body.
Personality: Unlike the Latios within him, he's not so docile, but he does have a great amount of compassion.

Extra: Lahti has a raichu whom he had stolen from a pokemon collector when it was just a Pichu. Raijin!

Extra: Mink was taken by a certain group to use as a weapon. When things backfired for them she fled. The reason nothing really fazes her was because they did a lot of testing on her. She has a barcode on her shoulder. She always has her head phones and I pod. She’ll wear her headphones even if her I pod isn’t attached to them.
