Anxious as ever to see your return
When I pass your empty cage, my heart dies more and more...
Ever since I found you there limp...still..dead..
The days began to seem to pass slower...ever slower
I long to scratch your soft ears again
Wish to see your twitchy little nose
My mind tells me your coming back but...
My heart has a nagging that wont stop...
It tells me to move on...forget...
But I cant leave your memory behind...
And so until we are rejoined, wherever that may be...
I'll be waiting on the terrace of forever
