He always wears that cross necklace of his, though not necessarily around his neck--sometimes, he ties his hair back with it, and sometimes he'll pin it to his clothes. Depends on what he's wearing at the time.
Other accessories include multiple silver piercings: ears, tongue, navel. He switches them around sometimes, so it doesn't really matter where they are.
He looks like he has red eyeliner on. I'm not sure if that's really eyeliner, or that's just how he looks. o_o
