Monday, June 8th, 2009--A New Companion and a Hideout
Okay, it is now day two on my Gaia Towns journey. For those of you who for some reason didn't start with Journal Entry 1, let me breifly explain my situation. (I am Role-Playing this story). My name is Naomi, and I have just escaped the orphanage. I am now trying to find my little sister, Sakilla. She is in another orphanage somewhere. Yesterday, I spent the night at: 9 Barton 001780. Today is a new day!
I woke up and found myself in the tree branch. It took me a few seconds to remember where I was. But when I did, I immedietly jumped down and kept walking.
I shook a few trees, rocks, and bushes, trying to find some gold. I was, in the long run, unsuccessful, having only been able to accumulate a total of 27 gold.
It wasn't long before I saw a wolf. It was beautiful, AND IT TALKED!!! Her name is Aurora, and she decided to travel with me. So YAY!!! I now have some company!!!
Just then I saw somebody standing outside of a house. She rushed over to me and begged, "Please, oh PLEASE buy this house from me! It's been for sale for years, but hardly anybody ever comes by here. I can't stand it any longer! I'm selling it for 30 gold."
"I...don't have 30 gold," I said.
"How much do you have?"
I replied, "27 gold."
Her response was, "I'll take that, then. Do you want the house?"
I smiled. "Sure," I said.
Hurray!!! Now I have a safe place to stay for a while! I bet you want to know the address, huh? Well, I'm not telling you. You might be people from the orphanage!
And so Aurora and I decided that the house could be a hideout for runaways, orphans, and homeless people! I'd say we made a pretty good deal, don't you think?
However, I can't stay there for long. I still have to find my sister, and hey--what can I tell ya? I'm a wandering spirit. I love to be on the move and explore new things!
