So, it looks like I might be going to my first anime convention.

It's sad that I'm no longer a hardcore fan and I'm only now getting the chance to go to one, but either way. I want the experience of having been to one, even if I'm not as devout a follower as I once was.

Speaking of anime. I still have to watch Ghost in the Shell. I've finally laid hands on a copy of it, and it's sitting on my desk right now razz I just have to put it in, and then hopefully I'll finally understand why my brother, boyfriend, and a couple friends are all in love with it.

Other then that, not much going on. I need to send my nephew a birthday card (he's turning one years old tomorrow!!!). I originally bought the card like two weeks ago, but I wasn't happy with what I wrote on the inside, so I have to go get another one and try again -_-; so of course now it'll be late instead of early.

oh well... I guess it's not like he'll notice at this age.

Then I have a couple other things to do, some stuff around the apartment and some people I need to get a hold of to take care of a couple things. Other then that, I guess I'll just hang around and watch some anime biggrin

Oh, and I should really do a little writing. I've promised myself that I'll finish the story I'm currently working on. Then I should find some places to start sending submissions. You know, actually get paid for my writing o.o what a novel concept. no pun intended.
