Ask any college student and they will tell that one of the most annoying things about college life are the forms that they have you fill out and submit every semester. And if the idea of having to fill out forms and submit it every semester doesn't sound so bad to you, then you haven't done it yourself yet.

The colleges and universities try to make as hard as possible for you to do as possible. They require to submit all kinds of form either together or separately and forms must be filled individually. Worse is the fact that classes are going on at the same time, so your trying to balance homework and forms at the same time.

Further more they will reject your form over the smallest error and have you start over form the beginning. And it sure doesn't help how easy they make it to forget something. But, by far the worst part is the lines that they make you wait through. And even though you can fill out the form online, you have submit it in person. However they will let you mail but, God knows how long it'll take then and then there is always the possibility that it will get lost in the system.

The the entire "easy step-by-step system" can take days or even week to complete. And even after that there is still the stress and angst involved in waiting to see if the form/forms clear what confounded computer that they have. If it does congrats your safe until next semester and if it doesn't then you will have to start over again.
