People change but the love is always there,
our eyes meet,
we could see the love in each other eyes,
the kind you know that is heard only in romance novels.

Not sure as which to do, should we kiss?
We smile at each other,
laughing at first on how long it took each other to finally met.

Was it you or me that took that first step?
Your arms outstretched and held me tight,
I knew right there and then that I didn't want leave.

Something magical happens everyday,
two people meet from far away,
colliding in a whirlwind of love.

Life can be a romantic fairytale but if only if you wish it to happen,
so my warrior wasn't riding on a white horse but in a blue car.

The love that was shown that day to me
would have been worth a million stars that glittered in the night.

I left him a token of my love,
nothing fancy just a simple blanket,
hoping it will keep him warm and safe,
one filled with love.

Be safe my wonderful warrior till we meet again,
for now I will only see you in my dreams.
