While I'm pretty computer saavy I'm not a computer wiz. I don't code or deal with coding on this site. And if I have not personally witnessed or run into the glitch you are having then I am of no help for you. In fact your best bet is actually to go to Bugs and Technical assistance read the guidelines for creating a thread with the pertinent information and hope a developer sees your issue, CAN RECREATE IT THEMSELVES, and then can fix it. Because I have no idea why the fairies in your compu-box don't like Jigsaw, they just don't.
Billing -
As a moderator with the highest permissions (meaning I can see the most of your pertinent user information) I still can not see your cash transactions, I certainly can't stop a mail in order from being processed. You will need to go to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page, and select the Cash shop/MC selection from the drop down.
Customer service for the GC Sponsors -
If something is still pending or won't grant ON THE SPONSOR SITE, then there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. That has to do with the sponsor site, and not even with this site. It has to do with their customer service department and their moderators or administrators. You need to contact them.
